I had an exceptional experience with Dr Lauren during my holiday in Queensland from NSW. Called reception and spoke with Trinty, who was very kind and helpful. She got me an appointment booked the same day. I needed an urgent tooth extraction due to pain and was grateful to get an appointment the same day. Dr Lauren was not only highly professional but also made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Their knowledge and expertise were evident, and they ensured the extraction of a painful wisdom tooth was painless and efficient. After many experiences with mediocre dentists, i could tell straight away, Lauren knew her stuff and i felt like i was in good hands. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care on the Gold Coast. Thank you, Dr Lauren and team for your outstanding care!

Tried to make an appointment for today (easter weekend because I had to have a disintegrated filling on a public holiday). They could have fit me in but because I'm on DSP and not rich enough for a credit card they refused to book me. They asked me if I could ask someone else to use their credit card instead. I said no (who would even do that). They said well sorry our system is specially set up for emergencies and wont book you unless you have a credit card. How is that acceptable for an emergency dentist? Clearly they aren't an emergency dentist if the only someone can get in is with a credit card. I have a gaping hole in my tooth. It was the only side I could chew on. So what, now I just don't eat? I have multiple chronic health conditions so that's is going to go down really well. If they had just let me book to get in I would have been able to go today. The ONLY other place that got back to me because EVERY SINGLE OTHER "EMERGENCY" DENTIST WAS CLOSED TODAY, could only fit me in tomorrow. When I have no one to take me. Because I also need a support worker to take so I can even go. Thank you so much for the extra stress and pain on top of what I already have to go through on a daily basis. I honestly hope one day you experience the same thing because maybe then when you say "I understand" you ACTUALLY DO.

Not only were they able to see me on a Saturday before Christmas after I'd lost a filling, Jay was such an amazing dentist that I'll now travel from Brisbane to keep her as my regular dentist! Prices were super reasonable too, considering the time of year and the last-minute appointment. You guys saved my Christmas. Thank you!

Very grateful for the team to get me in at such short notice on a Saturday after having an accident in the ocean and chipping a few of my front teeth. The team were so friendly, caring and understanding. They gave me optimal care and made me feel informed. Dr Lauren was amazing and was able to fix up my front teeth that afternoon. Her thorough assessment and time taken to explain everything to made me feel reassured and able to smile! The clinic happens to beautiful too. So grateful! Thanks again team.
