I’ve been a loyal customer at this nail salon for over 10 years, primarily visiting during the summer months for pedicures. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me very disappointed.
Within just a few days, the nail polish on my baby toes had completely fallen off, and the polish on my big toe chipped noticeably. Given how tacky this looks, I’ll have to remove it altogether. For the price charged, I would have expected much better quality and durability.
Pedicures are a treat, especially with the rising cost of living, so it’s disheartening to have spent money on something that didn’t even last a week. This is gel polish, which is supposed to be long-lasting, this time it simply didn’t hold up.
Given how busy the salon likely is at this time of year, it’s too inconvenient to go back and have it fixed. Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning.

Second time I go there, and twice disappointed. Although the ladies there are nice, the work is not well done at all. Poor quality mani and Pedi. They just did infill yesterday to my hands, it is too thick, and the colour itself is not well done, it already looks like it has been done one week ago. When I pay someone to do something, it is because I am expecting them to do it better than me = professionally! Just lost 115 dols..... (pics were taken 1 day after visit......)

Just had gel nails for hands and toes. The lady who I had at the beginning was not nice at all even I felt she was rude for me, however another lady who looks like a manger or owner, also a lady called Lyn(or Lee?) swapped and fixed for me. They were very professional and sweet. 😊

I asked how much for manicure and pedicure and was told $90 and $5 off for cash. No polish on toes but gel nails. Okay so in I went. Girl never spoke at all but service on my feet and hands good. Went to PAY said $95. I said I’ll pay with debit card so no fees then. Got the receipt and yes charged $1.57 extra in fees!! What a rip off. Much cheaper in other salons on the GC

Went to purchase a gift voucher this morning and will never be back. Lyne was incredibly rude, wrote today’s date as the expiry date and when I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes and scribbled on the voucher and tried handing the illegible voucher to me. I asked her for a new voucher and she aggressively tore the voucher and chucked it on the desk. I will never be back this is the worst customer experience I have ever had.
