I'm 6.2 ft weighing in at 115kg with ankylosing spondolitis with neck fusion so I need someone who knows what they are doing as my back and neck are in constant tension/ pain.
Izzy did a 60 min session with me and I walked away walking straighter with my back and neck feeling awesome.
He fully released the tension and relieved the pain immediately. Definitely highly recommend him!

Izzy's bodywork treatments for posture alignment were recommended to me, so I booked in for 4 initial sessions, not entirely sure what to expect.
I can honestly say that I didn't expect to see such a noticable difference, not only in the way I stand but I carry less tension in my hips and back and have more flexibility in my daily movements - Its like Izzy has given me more space in my body. The initial sessions ended over a month ago and I still feel the benefits from these treatments now - Lasting results.
Since then, Izzy has been treating me for a knee injury and his work has significantly eased the pain. His knowledge of the human body, how everything is connected and the way he works with the tissue, explaining what the body is doing - or in some cases meant to be doing but isn't - is not only interesting but really helpful in understanding the reason for the pain and how we can work together to relieve it.
I'm so grateful that Izzy was recommended to me in the first place - I too would highly recommend his work to anyone who is looking for help with pain management, posture alignment and muscle tension relief.

On holiday from NZ and was suffering with lower back pain/discomfort. Izzy came to our accommodation and worked on my back, he was absolutely fantastic! Feel so much better. He was great to talk to, very professional and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend and will certainly book him again when we revisit the Gold Coast. Thanks Izzy 🙂
