Thank you so much for delivering a beautiful double orchid and candle to my best friend and her family on 12.01.2025 so promptly. She lost her father the day before and rather than sending a normal flower arrangement we chose an orchid so that I would be something that she could watch flower over the years and remind her of her late father. The most beautiful arrangement for a dear friend to give her some Christmas cheer after a challenging health issue and she was absolutely delighted and appreciative for the kind gesture. Flowers can raise droopy spirits and put a smile on someone's face and this certainly did. Have already recommended the provider to others. Would definitely use this vendor again.❤️

Easy to use website, easy ordering and same day delivery. I selected the 'florist's choice' bouquet and deciding on the size was also made easy. The website shows a person holding each option with the price. Very helpful! My Aunty loved the flowers she received, so definitely happy to recommend Flowers Gold Coast.

RE: Reply. As I am unable to reply to your response. I rang your store and left my details and a brief outline so to avoid this disappointing review but never heard from anyone.
You do not ‘have me’ talking to your staff happy with the result. I had prepaid for this and upon returning to collect I had very little interaction with your staff. There was no finalising. I returned home and looked over your website and confided in additional people before making the decision to call with my concerns. To this day I haven’t heard from your company.
The types of flowers were lovely but as mentioned did not include my one request and were disappointing for $150.
Rather than dismissing my review, some customer service would be nice.
Very disappointing for $150! Also, the only flower I requested to have at least one of which was confirmed to be in stock was pink peony….
I walked into the shop. This wasn’t an online order. The colour palette is lovely and the staff very polite but wowzers, if that’s $150 worth.
