Friendly,down to earth staff & clients.So welcoming & non pretentious which is what I really love!Very helpful and knowledgeable PT's which is how I found Fitness Compound through Kirstie 🙌 Highly recommended Kirstie & the Gym.Took me awhile to find a gym like this ..BUT I have & could NOT BE HAPPIER 👌

This gym is something truly special, Phil’s ability to tailor PT to each client is like no other- even through virtual check ins as a NSW resident speaking! I have never had a coach who invested so much energy and dedication to supporting my goals for my health and fitness!
