Since I started at F45 I feel so good with lots of energy for the day. My exercise levels are better also I'm eating hahabits are so much better too. The instructors are awesome Teaching you the right way to do the exercise, for about 15 years of my life I've been doing push ups the wrong way until Adam show me the correct way, Thank you so much I be definitely signing up. I NEVER thought F45 would be my thing! This studio is now my SECOND HOME! I was so worried about coming into a gym and was anxious about meeting new people and training in front of others.
However this place is like no other. I was made to feel welcome and supported from my very first class, and have continued to be made to feel like I am part of the f45 family/Community.
The trainers and owners are Phenomenal- super supportive, knowledgeable and very encouraging!

The trainers at Runaway Bay F45 amazing! They help to keep you motivated and power through each session with such friendly and welcoming attitudes.
I really appreciated the supportive and welcoming environment which made me so comfortable to participate in each class and challenge myself/workout routine. All classes offer a different range of levels with I found so helpful. You will always leave a class knowing that you did a great job. THANK YOU SO MUCH TEAM RUNAWAY BAY F45! :)

So much fun! Lots of encouragement from the trainers and help when needed. Trainers are really friendly and remember your name! (It’s the little things) Easy to understand visual demonstrations of each exercise before the session starts which is great.
