Amazing place run by great trainers. Always welcoming and very helpful throughout all the classes. They are accommodating to people at all different fitness levels. It is always comfortable to go their classes especially with Mark and Tyra supporting their excellent team of trainers. Very grateful for all their hard work in keeping everyone fit and healthy! Would definitely recommend.

I was looking to change my life and training habits. I found F45 in Robina and decided to try on their special for 5 days. Mark made the experience really good and feeling the energy and vibe of everyone in there while training made me join it. Loving it and love the results I’m having since I joined. The trainers are super friendly and helpful and the trainings are amazing. Haven’t regret one bit. Love that they have challenges too I can’t wait to start my first one. I highly recommend F45 in Robina. This team will make you feel very welcome.
