Great space, awesome staff and varied programming. The trainers are personable and approachable, helping explain technique and modifying where necessary. The cool scented face towel at the end of the session is the icing on the cake... definitely recommend to anyone that wants their gym to be enjoyable! The playlists make time fly too! Creche is an invaluable added perk to allow for all to access fitness consistently. Thank you, Move HQ!

Such a warm welcoming feeling on arrival! The space is fresh and considered. The coaching was awesome - supportive and respectful. I really like having the options in the workouts… Guidance with choice is always great. Monique and Nikki are awesome and I’m sure the others are too 😎 highly recommend.

Move Headquarters is the first place I’ve felt comfortable and committed to working out regularly since varsity rowing in university ten years ago. The workouts are great and the coaches are awesome. All you have to do is show up to the classes and the coaches get you the rest of the way. The recovery equipment is so effective and relaxing. I’m used to being sore after workouts but the sauna, ice bath and compression are so therapeutic I’m feeling great all the time. Thanks Move HQ!

I love going to F45 Currumbin as they not only motivate you, but they make you feel welcomed, supported, inspired and challenged! It’s a great place to work on yourself as well as your fitness surrounded by people who genuinely care and cheer you on as you progress. As a new mum I’ve also loved bringing along my bub to their crèche and watching him dancing and playing to the music as I have some well deserved ‘me time’.

Love love loving F45 Currumbin ! Never have I walked into a gym where the trainers are always smiling, happy and always motivating me to train harder. Getting up at 430am has never been so easy as I look forward to the classes everyday. Honestly.. have never felt better and been so consistent with my training. Do yourself a favour and give a class a go you won’t be disappointed
