Just walked away from my first pt session with Damien .. overwhelmed and excited is the best description. The thorough and informative examination of my form and all weaknesses were spotted immediately. Damien is professional, knowledgeable and patient. I learnt more about my body in this session than last few decades. Wholeheartedly recommend this club to all levels of fitness and experience. Bring on the next few months of regular training and improvement.

The absolutely best team on the Gold Coast. I started training here because I needed motivation and accountability, but without the body shaming or yelling.
The team at EY have built an excellent community; training is tough but balanced, the others that attend have become like family, and the amount of support is incredible. Damo and Renae always go above and beyond to ensure each individual is catered to regarding goals, injuries, limitations, etc.
I couldn't image going anywhere else.

This gym rocks. Damien, Renae and Matt are really focused on each person as individuals and cater to each persons needs. They are fresh and such awesome motivators. 10 out of 10 in my books...

Started here because of Groupon and now im a regular here. Best health club with knowledgeable trainers. They provide with best health advice as well.
