I had an amazing experience with the lovely Cordelia the other day. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Service was amazing, very happy with the result and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely be back again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hair dressers. Asked for my hair to be cut at collar bone length (below shoulders) but it was cut at least an inch and half shorter than this.
I then asked for my hair to be thinned out as I have thick hair and it will flick out if it’s thick and she said she ‘texturised’ the ends but the hair is still thick.
I have been here before and got the same style and the previous hairdresser listened to me and did what I wanted this time was the opposite. Came out of the hair dressers crying.

I feel disappointed with my experience here. I came in to get my hair dyed to a different colour for the first time, and ended up paying $200 for different fill ons etc.
I was told midway during the process they were using semi permanent dye. Even tho I wanted a permanent change. They were trying to convince me it was the best option… But i know it’s because they want you to keep coming back to them every few weeks to get it dyed. It’s a business strategy. I was hesitant but kept going through to what she was saying. After about 2 weeks the brown hair colour i had washed out at home. I felt very disheartened by this and like I had been scammed.
Since this experience i’ve box dyed my hair at home… and it’s lasted 15 times as long for only $10 at the supermarket. I do not recommend this place.

Pretty disappointed to pay $50 (although on the website as $44) for a 10-minute children's trim. No hair wash, no product, not a style cut, not even a spray of water to make it any kind of experience for that price. I would look elsewhere if wanting to take your child for haircut.
