I recently got my hair done for my birthday by a beautiful women called Chloe she was so lovely, looked after me very well and made sure my hair looked amazing!! But there was one moment throughout that day that made me feel unwelcome at this hair dresser, and that was the I'm assuming the manager coming up to Chloe while finishing off my hair, asking if she's going to be awhile and when she said yes the lady very rudely said "you shouldn't have booked this one (something about another customer who booked)" !! I understand over booking and being aware of time, but I also know you do NOT come up to your worker while they're with a customer and say something like that!! Definitely made me feel a bit weird and completely ruined the vibe other than that Minute of disbelief honestly it was amazing and I would definitely recommend Chloe to do your hair!!

I am utterly appalled, dismayed, and frankly devastated after my recent visit to Eve and Frankie at Robina Town Centre. I walked in with nothing but a simple wish—to have my bangs trimmed. What could possibly go wrong with such a basic request? Oh, how naive I was.
The stylist, whose name I shall not dignify by mentioning, took my hair hostage and committed an unspeakable atrocity against my bangs. It’s as though they were on a mission to reinvent the very concept of bad haircuts. I asked for light, face-framing bangs, yet I left looking like I’d been attacked by a rogue lawnmower in the dark. Uneven, jagged, and butchered to the point where even a hat couldn't salvage the situation.
The lack of professionalism was staggering. There was no consultation, no effort to understand what I wanted, just a reckless frenzy of scissors. When I politely pointed out that my bangs were horrendously uneven, I was met with a dismissive shrug and some poorly disguised eye-rolling. Excuse me, but I’m not paying for an attitude; I’m paying for a service—which, evidently, Eve and Frankie are incapable of delivering.
To add insult to injury, the stylist had the audacity to suggest that "it will grow out." Are you kidding me? That’s like crashing my car and saying, "Don’t worry, you can buy another one." The sheer lack of accountability left me speechless.
The salon itself was an embodiment of chaos—tools scattered everywhere, hair clippings left uncleaned, and a vibe that screamed more 'back-alley experiment' than 'professional salon.'
I can’t even bear to look in the mirror without feeling a surge of regret and frustration. My confidence has been shredded along with my poor, defenseless bangs. Eve and Frankie, you’ve not only butchered my hair but also my trust in hair salons.
In conclusion, to anyone considering a visit to Eve and Frankie at Robina Town Centre—DO NOT DO IT. Save yourself the heartache, the embarrassment, and the inevitable need to find another salon to attempt to fix the disaster they will undoubtedly create. This place should come with a warning label: “Abandon hope, all ye who enter here."

Such a positive and happy experience I had yesterday! The team are all very friendly and it’s nice to see such great teamwork between each of them. Luke was my hairstylist and he was fantastic! From start to finish, I had the best hair wash and had some highlights added with how I wanted. The first time we both agreed it was too blonde and he didn’t once get angry or annoyed, he was incredibly helpful and encouraging…I love my hair! Thank you team Eva and Frankie!

We were disappointed with our last visit to this salon! Our daughter was very clear on what she was trying to achieve with her colour ( light brown highlights) and came out with the blondest colour. The hairdresser was dismissive and the client care was just not present. Also the salon is in desperate need of a facelift.
We won't be coming back to this hairdresser!
