Senior Nurse Romy is an extremely and exceptionally talented practitioner who delivers brilliant results every time. Romy never rushes or pushes, however she will help to guide decisions if asked. Her expert advice and subsequent results are perfect every time. And she is utterly delightful in every way.
Nurse Will is another outstanding and gorgeous member of the Fortitude Valley team, always there with a warm smile, good humor, and quality work.
Every encounter at Esteem is enjoyable because clients are made to feel genuinely special, and I think this is because they actually care about the clients and the results.
The points program on offer is totally worth the modest fee, as one more than makes the funds back within a few months, and the specials continue.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I went in for skin needling and left with bruises all over my face and two black eyes. My new doctor, who is now looking after my skin, was shocked and expressed deep concern about the severity of the bruising.
The lady who did my procedure that day seemed very angry, and it felt like she took her frustration out on my face. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional and painful. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.
I know that the clinic will probably respond to this review asking me to email them, but we all know they never actually follow up. I want a public response because what happened to me was so uncalled for. This salon is horrible, and you're better off going to a doctor. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to reach out to someone. I would rather your company take accountability. If you look up my name, you’ll find it's related to my last appointment.

I have been going to the fortitude valley clinic for over 2 years. Nurse Will is lovely. However, their business practices and lack of customer service for a loyal customer mean I won’t be coming back again or recommending to anyone. The attitude when I followed up about my lack of results from latest anti wrinkle treatment made me feel like I was a nuisance, Georgina was flippant and quite dismissive on the phone and I was then told I would need to pay an additional 500+ dollars to get a result and had to waste my time going back into the clinic to have photos taken after already sending them photos as requested.
Would not recommend to anyone and will never go back

I have been to Brit for lips and Botox! She is absolutely amazing, love her work and how kind and patient she is. Such good customer service from Georgie as well. Will always be a returning customer :) I have been to quite a few different ones in Brisbane and this is by far the best!

Nurse Will changed my life! I’m so grateful for Everyone’s patience, understanding and energy. Every time I have walked through the doors of Esteem on James St I have left feeling like the best version of myself. There’s no judgment and pure kindness. Very slay! Cannot recommend enough.
