Came to check out the gym and got shown around by Lucy who was really informative and kind. Didn't feel pressured to sign up at all and seemed more focused on making sure I had all the answers to my questions. Pretty good equipment too, came back a week later and signed up

Amazing gym!!! Staff are incredible!! Jemina, Isaac and Lucy are the BEST!!! They make me so happy to come to the gym because they’re so lovely and supportive 🤍 gym goers are all really respectful and I don’t feel like it’s an egotistical or judgemental environment at all!
Jemma the weekday creche worker is also fenominal, I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my 2 children with her while I train 🤍

Issac was amazing with helping my partner with his membership. My partner has called over the last couple days and received little to no information. We called again today and Isaac was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service. He was efficient & got back to us straight away with solution.

Been a member here for 4yrs not sure why but tonight Friday 14th feb the young staff all new faces to this gym at the counter closed sales counter before 7pm so I couldn't get the amino acids I needed for my workout I said its not close time yet and they just looked at me and smiled! as a regular long term member and local im disappointed at this level of service!

First visit - I’m impressed with the amount of equipment available compared to other gyms. Everything is organized, clean and decent open space for free weights. I’m excited to visit the other EMF gyms around Gold Coast.
