The staff at this gym are very great and reliable people!
I recently passed out at this gym as i trained while to dehydrated and Jasmine helped me instantly and even prevented me from falling to the ground(I am not a small person at 6’4 so for Jasmine to help she put herself at risk). So thankful for Jasmine helping make sure i was okay and the other members of the staff including Lucy who also helped me after the situation.
Once again so thankful to the staff at this location for being so amazing and supportive during this situation, couldnt be more thankful!

Highly Recommend PT Steven!
He is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about his clients’ goals. Whether it’s strength training, conditioning, or injury rehab, Steven always tailors the workouts to fit your needs and pushes you just the right amount. His attention to form and technique has also helped me avoid injury and build confidence in the gym.

BEST PERSONAL TRAINER AT EMF
I’ve been a member at EMF Upper Coomera for nearly two years and couldn’t be happier with the facilities and atmosphere. The standout for me has been the incredible PERSONAL TRAINING support—especially from STEVEN who’s been the driving force behind my 40kg weight loss.
Thanks to his well-balanced plan, I’ve not only lost weight but also gained strength and improved my cardio fitness more than I thought possible. His motivation and expertise have been life-changing. Highly recommend! His the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

As much as we love Gemma (Creche caregiver) and our gym, the policy of paying for 2 hours for creche while we only availed it for 1 hour is not fair. We arrived at 8:40 am this morning and had to pay for 8-9 am slot and 9-10 am slot. There were only 2 kids in the creche; not full or anything. I would have understood if the creche was full. Being kind, considerate and accommodating should be the heart of customer service; Not just following the book. Good luck!

Amazing gym! Staff were very helpful and happy. Gym was very clean and tidy. Gym was organised and everything was easy to find. Definitely would recommend this gym for everyone whether a beginner or advanced in the gym :)
