Have been signed up for a year and recently took my friend to sign up, who is usually very anxious going to gyms. Mia gave them a full tour of the facility and answered every question they had, which put them completely at ease. Undecided on where to start, Cal took them through all of the PT’s and helped them choose the right one. Ever since they have greeted them with the biggest smiles and encouragement when going to the gym. They have made a world of difference and are literal human sunshine. The facilities are kept clean and everyone is always so helpful, shout out to Kayla for being a star too. If you’re choosing a gym as a first timer, try here, as they make a sometimes daunting decision to start something new an easy one.

Great space, good equipaments, vast functional training area, great cardio machine selection with different machines and plenty options of the classic ones, 3 lane pool (I’ve never used but never seem to be too full), different separate training rooms, good change rooms. Best gym I’ve ever been a member to!

Be careful before joining any flexi or ongoing membership here.
When signing up, I was verbally told that I could “cancel anytime”, but later found out the contract actually requires a 28-day notice period for cancellation.
Even though I’m leaving the area and can no longer use the gym, I still have to pay for another 4 weeks after cancelling.
This should have been explained much more clearly at the start. Please read the contract carefully and don’t just rely on what is said during sign-up.
There are already online chats warning people to be careful with these membership terms — now I understand why.
Just a heads-up for anyone considering joining: make sure you fully understand the cancellation conditions before signing anything.

Equipments good but new management clearly has no experience in a gym. I was interrupted mid squat set by the manager to be told I needed to put my bag in a locker. No problem with putting my bag in a locker, but interrupting someone mid set, especially on heavy squats is a serious safety risk. Decent gym but desperately needs a manager who was actual gym experience

Very disappointing experience with PT Pamela de Groot through EMF.
After I withdrew, I was told I would be paid back, however I still have not received the full amount owed. Instead, communication became inconsistent, messages were ignored, and I received random small payments with no proper resolution.
I also received rude and unprofessional messages during the process, which made the whole situation even worse.
Really disappointing behaviour from someone who promotes herself as supporting and helping other women. I have now opened a formal dispute with my bank and kept all evidence and conversations
