My skin looks amazing for my age thanks to all who work here - from the gorgeous girls at reception (who are adept at juggling appointments with my work roster and have excellent product knowledge), to the technician's, nurses and, of course, the good Doctor himself. Why go anywhere else?

I’ve been visiting the team at Emetheni for a couple of years now and couldn’t recommend them enough. They were recommended to me via several referrals in a Facebook beauty group. Their facials and cosmetic treatments are of a very high standard and the team are super friendly and experienced. What I also really do appreciate about Emetheni is that they are not pushy. I’ve been to aestheticians in the past who have just pointed out everything little thing that’s wrong with your face and push treatments on you, but the girls here don’t do that. They just focus on your needs and want to make you feel good and confident in yourself.

The team at Emetheni are absolutely amazing!!! Such friendly, helpful service and always with a smile. They have such a beautiful relaxing professional atmosphere and always make me feel special. Injections are only done by doctors, they also don't make you look over the top just subtle changes. I'm super happy with them and would certainly recommend Emetheni to anyone considering injectables.

Each time I am at Emetheni in Burleigh, I am so looked after.
I always feel at ease for my treatments because the staff are so helpful at explaining every step and are genuinely caring. My skin feels fantastic from the treatments and I would definately be returning and am happy to recommend the clinic to anyone else considering having some treatments done.

I few years ago I visited this clinic to have Botox in my masseter and jowl lines and the Dr got the wrong muscle on the right side and my whole lower face and mouth dropped, it was severe, I looked like I had had a stroke. I went back and they tried to fix it by injecting a different muscle so it wouldn’t pull down, sort of, but to this day, years later when I tense my neck it is still lopsided. I understand Dr’s can make mistakes and there is risk when one chooses to undergo a cosmetic treatment but the worst part was when I went back the lady at reception (I think she was the wife of the Dr?) was so defensive and rude. Instead of taking care of me for what was a very obvious and devastating mistake she was straight to point out the waiver form I had signed before the treatment and virtually wiped her hands of any duty of care to help me further. They didn’t take before photos which is bad practice and should have been a red flag because she also tried to suggest that perhaps my face was asymmetrical before the treatment which certainly was not the case. My mouth had dropped so much it affected my speech! I chose this place because I thought a Dr would be more experienced than a nurse injector but this was the worse cosmetic experience. I do not recommend this place at all. Be warned.
