By far the worst massage I’ve ever received. Paid $80 for a 45min massage that a 5 year old could’ve done better. Staff seemed very inexperienced, I was never asked what problem areas I wanted focused on, I received the most abrasive exfoliation which was never mentioned to be included or I would’ve politely declined. I could hear the staff member on her phone during the massage and to top it off she was sick too. Coughing since I walked through the door and right through my appointment which isn’t the most relaxing thing during a massage. Have been to other clinics but this one takes the cake for most unprofessional so I won’t be coming back.

My daughter who is in her 40s and a regular client of this salon was there this morning and received the worst possible service. She was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the young girls who were making jokes outside the treatment room about their co-worker having to do a brazilian on my 40-something daughter. The spray tan was very ordinary (only one quick coat) and the care factor was zero. This salon has been going downhill for ages. They lost me as a client some time ago and now they have lost a loyal and frequent client, my daughter, this morning. She will never return to that salon. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I love this salon. I had a pedicure and the most relaxing facial on the weekend and overall it was fabulous. The treatment was better than i anticipated, the products were beautiful and the therapist ensured I left feeling pampered and can't wait to return. Very professional experience.

I purchased a vitality package voucher for my wife and was told she would receive a 1/2 hour massage & 45min facial. Her appointment commenced at 11:15am so should have finished at 12:30pm but they finished her at 12:23pm. When she asked why she wasn’t given the full 1.5hrs she was told that all salons do the same and that usually they will spend the first 5 or so minutes talking, but in her case she didn’t talk so they cut off 7 minutes at the end.
Very bizarre explanation and doesn’t sit well with her, so won’t be back!
