Dior is fantastic :) she is really nice and friendly.
The breakfast could have more variety, it was the same thing every day. Just pastries and cereal. But besides that, everything was great. I really enjoyed the sports facilities next to the hotel.

5 stars for Excellent Customer service. Called there needing an urgent room in the middle of night. The lovely indian lady at Reception offered to help us when all other nearby hotels refused to give us room even for few hours.
Price was reasonable looking at location and facilities inside. There was a beautiful pool and golf course but we couldn't enjoy as we were there only for few hours. Staff even offered us to stay few hours longer looking at our situation and they were extremely helpful with lots of luggage we had as well. Rooms had good view and were well maintained and clean.
There was a buffet which was good too. I would definitely go there again.
Lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower, even the coffee packets were nice. Perfect for a one night stay.
I arrived a little early and asked to drop off my bags, instead I was given a room early which was amazing service. Thank you.
Unfortunately during my early check out the next day I was blamed for disturbing other people in the next room even though I was asleep? Would have been nice for the employees to go into the hallway to actually check where the disturbance was coming from instead of throwing the first stone at the first person they saw that morning.

I found this hotel two days before we had a birthday party in Pacific Pines. I expected the worst if Iām honest! But we got amazing service - particularly from the lovely Dior - the room was tidy and comfortable, the bathroom perfection, the bed huge and crisp hotel sheets which we love. We will stay here again for sure if we are down that way! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Elite, thank you for having us. Cleanliness and comfort of the room and facilities was amazing, the bed was super comfy and we kind of wished we could have stayed another night š Was also great that the parking and mini golf was free š©· The staff were also super friendly and very welcoming. Definitely would stay again
