Very poor customer service. Went for a brows shaping today and the girl did it in one minute literally ruining the shape of my brows and doing what she wanted without asking nothing, she cut my eyebrows very thin, just awful. When done she did not even care to clean all the hairs from my entire face, I have to do it all by myself. I’ll never be back to this place or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed. I hope my eyebrows grow back soon.

The lady put hot burning wax on my eye brows more like eye lids after I told her to wait a little and cool it down twice, she proceeded to tell me it has to be hot to work? No, it just has to be warm.

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded after hearing great things about Elegant Brows, I have had my eyebrows threaded previously elsewhere, and it was never been this rough along with never been treated like my presence/business was unwanted.
There was no customer service from any of the attendants, when their whole job is about building rapport with customers to ensure they come back..
I asked politely whether or not there was availability for me to get my brows threaded and she treated me like I should have been aware that their schedule was free.
When she began threading she was incredibly rude regarding how I should be holding my hands to stretch my skin to assist with threading after I explained that I hadn’t had my brows threaded for a while and had forgotten how to stretch my skin to assist her with threading my brows. She practically made me feel like an idiot.
I had to spell my name and recite my phone number 4 times before they were able to put my details in the system…
The whole experience felt off and as if my presence was an inconvenience to them, possibly due to them feeling uncomfortable with doing threading on a male…
I won’t be coming back and thought it would be worthwhile that the management and other male customers are aware how they treat males.
I would suggest that you consider giving them some training around how to handle different customer types, especially when it comes to creating an inclusive and welcoming experience.
