Not a place to stay if you are seeking rest. A lot of kids staying there on a long term basis. Asked for a quieter room but was told none available. Then was confronted by a drunk mother later in the evening asking if I had a problem with her kids. Well I answered no as I wasn't going to try and correct a drunk. I just wanted a quiet room as I'd just finished night shifts in the mines so needed rest. I think I'm entitled to a quiet room after long hours of work and travel. Any way probably won't stay there again.

Not clean.
I called to discuss issues relating to safety (no lighting available on back steps, being a trip hazard) and they appeared not to be interested.
My relative left there via Ambulance and they did not check in to see if they were okay.
Feedback given to place emergency contact (out of office hours) list in the room along with cross streets, with a first aid kit. Response was that the contact is on office door and first aid kit in the office.
These details would have been a lot more efficient for the emergency services to find us.
Timing was crucial.

Let's start with the guy wandering up and down the driveway with a corrections ankle bracelet on. I go to my room and it smells like old bleach and bad decisions. I slept on top of the bed because I was scared of what was in it. Got up at 4:30am and no hot water,I went to work came back explained to the gentleman in the office that the room didn't have hot water this morning. He replied "that's weird" I went to my room and had a hot shower as it was now working. Stayed in my room listening to my neighbours fight over who smoked the last cone. Fast forward my broken sleep and it's 4:30am again.....guess what........ No hot water!! I packed up all my belongings and put the key in the box with a note saying this is unacceptable. I called them during the day to explain what had happened and I was asked if I knew how to use a tap? I politely explained that in my 47 years on this earth I have frequently used taps of all types and that yes I was fortunate enough to know how your taps work. He explained he would have to speak to his manager regarding a refund. No phone call regarding the refund has been made to me. I work for a massive drink company and its my fault I picked this place. But..... no one from my company will ever have to endure the horrible conditions and lack of professionalism this place has to offer as you have now been removed from the list

Room was clean, staff were friendly. We were in room 19 and the 17 stairs were extremely steep, not all rooms are the same though. But the staff were friendly. Bed was comfy.

This is ridicilous rooms was 190 to 180 spa wqs not working cleaners was good amd ok two towels in the bathroom no bath mat no shower towels shampoo disgusting as i always always stays here so i can be near my sister until i was on the phone while i pack my stuff as i was late for my flight so forgot my phone call my sister to pick up indian stupid reception didnt do his job asking the room and knock see to get my charger or call cleaners , he said can knock next morning while the room check out i rang at 5pm stupid lazy indian with glasses they should check this as all indian reception not qualify proabky under the wire not knowing what they do im not gonna dtay in this anymore please make sure you get everything if you forgot it the lazy reception wont dp his job stupid room i pay over the price of a hotel to stay there bathroom sucks there qill be no room setvice disgusting place
