This place houses alot of homeless people with drug issues. Be aware. The floor is so slippery when wet and they don't have much to work with in the rooms, not even a spare blanket and privacy for outdoor spacing. The bed was busted in room 2. The place DOES NOT have shade for vehicles.

Work commitments fell through due to cyclone and didnt have one bit of care factor.
happy to take your money and not look after their customers.
Management wouldnt even speak to me directly.
as for the stay fairly average.

Very comfortable and relaxing would definitely recommend the place if visiting family at the hospital thank you for your hospitality

I reaĺy like this place.I had the opportunity to meet with someone for a meeting. They had to stay there because it was close to the Logan Hospital where their child was in for a procedure. I must admit I was most impressed with the overall ambience and presentation of the whole place. I would stay there myself if I had the need to AND highly recommend to anyone .

There are many issues. The beds were very uncomfortable, like all the springs were failed. The room had a very bad smell, which we tracked to the bathroom drains (we had to ask for these to be cleaned the next day), the pillows had no material inside them, the showers were EXTREMELY slippery, the bin in the bathroom had rubbish in it, and the bin in the room had no liner. The doors slamming all night, and in the morning were disruptive. The website clearly states there is a daily breakfast service, which is one of the main reasons for booking here, but on check-in when I asked, I was told, no we do not have a restaurant here! After the first night, I asked for a refund of the second night, as I was going to find somewhere else to stay, only to be told that this was not possible. Due to the long weekend, I did not have a choice, as everything was booked out. I will never stay here again, and after paying a higher rate to stay here (when originally I could have booked elsewhere for cheaper), I thought the breakfast would have made our trip easier. I am still trying to find out how I can get some sort of refund.
