I had surgery with Dr Hertess as I was experiencing complications and a lot of joint pain in my body. I had my consult in Feb and surgery only a month later. I am so incredibly pleased with the results and the process.
Dr H was attentive and listened to my concerns, answering all questions that I had. The surgery turned out great with zero complications and I healed so well and so quickly!
I really appreciated how Dr H’s team thoroughly helped me navigate the Medicare rebate process, and that Dr H takes patients receiving government assistance due to Medical reasons.
Thank you Dr and team 🥰 i feel like I’ve had my life given back to me.

I was very nervous deciding on a surgeon for my explant but from the first initial consult til then very end I felt so comfortable with Dr Hertess and her team. I didn’t have very high expectations for my results but I couldn’t be happier thus far. Would highly recommend Dr Hertess and would certainly use her again in the future if need be.

I am 100% super happy with my decision to have a knee lift with Dr. Hertess. Absolutely fantastic result. It’s made a world of difference to me. Brendan is also incredible. His expertise in the Co2 laser are commendable. He really took a lot of time going through with me everything I needed to discuss. I’m really happy with my results from the Co2 laser on my face, neck and décolletage and I would recommend Brendan to anyone. His knowledge of other procedures was greatly appreciated. Super easy to talk to and just a beautiful soul.
