I’m also currently receiving CO2 laser treatment with Brendan to address the extensive scarring. He has been absolutely fantastic. After just one session, I saw more improvement than I did after three sessions with a previous dermatologist, who, didn’t listen to the type of treatment that I wanted. Brendan is not only highly skilled, but also personable, kind, and thorough.
The entire team at Dr. Hertess’ clinic is exceptional, personable, supportive, and truly caring. From the moment you walk in, you feel seen, valued, and never like “just another patient.” If you’re considering reconstructive or cosmetic treatment, I can wholeheartedly say you will be in the best possible hands with Dr. Hertess, Brendan, and the rest of the team. Wonderful bedside manner. Dr Hertess is a very well respected cosmetic specialist surgeon. She’s very professional yet still approachable and she is very kind as well as a very talented specialising surgeon in all aspects of cosmetic surgery and after care. I would 💯💯 recommend her as she’s such a lovely lady as well who treats you with kindness and care nothing is too much trouble. I have had my tummy tuck my breast lift and my new boobies my husband has had his neck and his eyelid lifted as well. I am currently waiting for my consultation about my turkey neck surgery. So she’s just like our family Doctor only Surgeon. I would never risk going overseas as the after care from Dr Hertess and her head nurse Allison are so professional and ongoing!! Oh and my darling Liam who deals with my bad jokes and always makes time for me and all of their patients . I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Dr Hertess

Dr Hertess and her team really are amazing. I had a scar on my face which is now non-existent and recently had Co2 laser with Brendan. So happy with the results! Not only are the results amazing, the team are so personable and lovely. Helped me with my daughter when she came for appointments, followed up constantly on my progress and were just so lovely each time I came to the practise. All the team including Liam and Kristy are just awesome! Thank you x

Dr Hertess herself is truly a expert in her field. If I had a concern it was dealt with either be herself or by a member of her team, response was prompt and with a true sense of care.
My well-being was a priority throughout my entire journey.
