From my first consultation to the “all-clear” at my 6-week follow-up after breast reduction surgery, the process was seamless and stress-free. Thoughtful touches—from complementary water in the waiting room to complimentary light therapy for scar reduction, and a gift pack at the 6-week consultation—made me feel cared for and confident every step of the way. Six months ago, I also had a complex skin cancer removal with Dr Cronin on my face which was quite scary, but he and his team provided excellent care and the most favourable outcome possible and I finally took the leap and decided to move forward with the breast reduction surgery I have wanted for so long.
Dr Cronin’s expertise and professionalism have been consistently outstanding. He answered all my questions—even those I didn’t know to ask—and his attention to detail and genuine care set him apart. Dr Cronin's surgical and interpersonal skills are unmatched, and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome of both my surgeries. His warm and responsive team, including Di, Naomi, Sandy, and ALL staff at the Southport and Varsity rooms, as well as in the hospital, made me feel completely supported throughout my journey.
The surgeries went smoothly, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had done it sooner! Dr Cronin’s surgical skill and compassionate, approachable manner are unmatched. Every single member of his support staff were consistently kind, approachable and eager to help.

Absolutely incredible. Drew was so kind, down to earth and immediately felt at ease at my first consultation. His skill in my procedure and after care were flawless, nothing was a hassle, no question was stupid and I healed extremely well without complications. His team at the clinic are all lovely and you can genuinely tell they feel like a big family and everyone loves working there. So thankful my path led me here 🙏

My journey started when I thought I had a hernia, it turned out to be diastasis recti which happened because I used to carry a lot of weight. From the first consult until now (6 weeks after my Radical Abdominoplasty) Dr Cronin and his team have been exceptional. Very supportive addressing all my questions and concerns in the lead up to the surgery and I am very happy with the results so far. I would highly recommend The Coastal Clinic.
