I had an incredible stay at the Dorset Gold Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with a relaxed coastal vibe. My room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a stunning view of the Gold Coast skyline.
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to top restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The on-site facilities were also fantastic, from the pool area to the fitness center. I really appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee in the lobby and the friendly concierge who offered great local recommendations.
Overall, the Dorset Gold Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay on the Gold Coast. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Dorsett in Broadbeach. The service was outstanding from every single person we encountered. Brilliant. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping in all areas of the facility were far superior to any accommodation I have stayed at before. The food from Jin was delicious and the ambience of the pool bar on level 6 was great. Unfortunately our stay was hampered by inclement weather but fortunately we had comfortable surroundings. We will definitely like to stay again

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The lobby was absolutely gorgeous.
The pool was perfect for a relaxing dip, with amazing views.
And most importantly, the room was perfect for a one night stay, with amazing views of the city, beach, and the pool.
Plus, the location is unbeatable—very close proximity to Pacific Fair.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Especially for the price, this hotel exceeded expectations.
I will definitely be returning to the Dorsett Gold Coast.

Modern new hotel. Clean. The photos of the pool probably are digitally enhanced. However nice enough pool but since it’s on level 6, it gets cold on windy days. All the people go to the side with no shade so it’s not too cold.
Other than that, excellent rooms.
Location is good if you are here for pacific fair and the casino. If you are going to surfers paradise, bit of a walk (8min) to catch the tram.

Rooms were small and not well appointed. No clothes closet or bedside tables, just a open rack above the suit case bench. TV reception was poor and TV failed 3 times Safe did not work. Staff at hotel reception could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. Pool area was quite nice, but overall a poor experience. 3 star accommodation at best.
