All the staff at Define Dental are friendly and professional. This practice has a wonderful atmosphere. Our dentist Jenna is amazing. Professional, kind and very understanding. Able to work around both medical and mental health conditions that can make performing dental work quite challenging. This has made a huge positive difference to how we all feel about getting dental work done. She has been a true blessing for our family.

Saw Dr Michael Bootes. Not only is he a great dentist (I know what I’m talking about having been in the industry 20 + years), he is empathetic and patient and his nurse was really good. Fast, patient, kind, and efficient. The girls on the desk were extremely helpful and kind also. The cost was very fair. The place looks amazing. Not only new but really well set out. I’m really happy Ive found a great dentist. And I’m not a good patient. 🤣 I try my best. Having sat on the other chair for a long time. They’re all round an amazing team. 10/10. I know the amount of time and effort it takes to create such an environment. The owners absolutely nailed it perfectly. 🙌

I recently visited Define Dental and had an exceptional experience. I needed an emergency appointment fir a tooth ache.
The team were incredibly supportive, gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process, making me feel at ease throughout. Thank you Michelle. The entire team was warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. Every staff member at Define Dental is so welcoming and friendly.
I was nervous when first visting, as I had not been to a dentist in a couple of years, and felt embarrassed.
Dr Jenna put my mind at ease straight away, which allowed me to relax. Each visit Dr Jenna and Dental Hygienist Rachel have been extremely friendly and talk through the whole process.
No doubt all the staff are the same !
I am so happy I found Define Dental and Dr Jenna.

I have been looking for a good dentistry since moving to the Gold Coast from Canberra in 2023.
I found Define Dental and could not be more impressed with the reception staff and their customer service and communications - absolutely outstanding.
All current and possible future treatment and costs are explained for peace of mind.
I have had the good fortune of being treated by Dr Childs who is fantastic at explaining the procedures so you have an excellent understanding of what to expect.
In all, I would recommend Define Dental to anyone who wants to experience exceptional patient care.
