The best Japanese restaurant I have in Arundel, and very reasonably priced. It tasted so much better after new owner occupied. The place is clear and Suzi has great presentation and fresh. It is very close to my workplace, I almost go there everyday for lunch.

Sushi restaurant with a great menu of your favourite Japanese dishes - don, katsu, Udon, Bento box etc. sides to order, dessert menu and they are licensed with a selection of wines and beers available. The staff are very friendly and always greet me with a smile and the service is very fast and professional. Front of house is very polite and the chefs are all friendly talented cooks that are passionate about the food the serve. I like the layout with booths for dining and seating around the sushi train for a quick stop. I frequent this place 4-5 times a week for lunch or dinner and always have a pleasant time enjoying my food. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner, solo or with friends! Great place to take the kids and they even deliver as well.

I've been a regular at this sushi place for years; it's my favorite sushi spot. Don't mistake their train for the usual sushi train; this place is way better. The food is always fresh, the staff are friendly, and they play J-pop. Plus, they just added the option to add avocado to their rice bowls via the touchscreen ordering—thank you!

This review has been a long time coming. We’ve been going to this place for 4 years and it has slowly declined in quality especially in service. We’ve put up with it, sometimes we’ve called to explain unsatisfactory food to be met with a ‘okay’, not a even a sorry, sometimes not even a way forward for the problem to be fixed. We’ve even had undercooked chicken to black avocado and even mixed up our $70 order to which increased our waiting time. Tonight was the last straw. Tonight like most of the time they’ve run out of teriyaki chicken, the sushi is falling apart (countless of times where I’ve had to ask them to please take care so it’s easier for my toddler to eat), they’ve drowned the sushi in teriyaki sauce, no mayo that was asked for, and a smear of avocado on them. My daughter’s mini avo looked like different sized stepping stones in the packet the way they’ve been cut. My husband called. Was hung up on after saying hello. He called again said his problem to one server then was passed onto another server without explanation to him so had to explain himself again and then there was radio silence to which he had a gutful and hung up. He then proceeded to cut up his own avocado to add to his own sushi. The only reason we’ll keep going back is because it’s the only local sushi place. But we’ll be checking every piece of sushi before we leave. So disappointing. You need to train your staff on good/quality service. Check out the smear of avo on the sushi and the colour of it.

I was so disappointed the sushi of the train tasted old when I ordered a teriyaki chicken below is what I got, I returned it immediately and they still charged us for it despite it definitely not being cooked properly. I order this type of sushi all the time and have never once seen it like this. The lady was yelling in conversation to the other workers so I couldn’t even hear the conversation between my partner. We’ve both left with a terrible fishy taste in our mouths and an upset gut. Never again. We usually spend upwards of $40-60 at a sushi joint. We couldn’t even get through $15 worth here.
