I went to this clinic yesterday, with a head splitting migraine (first timer) and was treated with the most compassionate, professional care I’ve ever received. From putting me in a darkened, cool room, lying down with blankets and cold compresses, to reassuring checks every few minutes, by another Dr until mine was available, it was unprecedented in terms of experience. Thank you Melissa and thank you Rose…angels in the darkness.

Was great was not a patient there were no openings but they called me back as someone cancelled there's. Very happy with the service kind and friendly. Very helpful sympathetic towards me. Appreciate it

One of the worst appointments of my life, i was invalidated, dismissed, I was spoken to like I was stupid and this made me feel very unsettled, this person used passive/aggressive behaviour towards me.
When you need help and are given inadequate care it's not right. And this is not the first time I have experienced this at this clinic. Its so hard to find a new doctor but I won't be going back here, I value myself too much to be ridiculed and treated like I'm a waste of their time. 😵💫

I have been a patient at this Clinic for over 45yrs My WHOLE Family also sees Dr Hawney who's care has ALWAYS been Exceptional!!! He is beyond a Dr to Our Family My Children have been under his care their WHOLE LIVES they are now 20 & 18. I Trust him implicitly as does My Family. The 5 Star review I am giving is for Him & also The AMAZING STAFF who are Kind, Compassionate & Non Judgmental.
Sadly however I would NEVER recommend EITHER FEMALE DR as they are NEXT LEVEL OF RUDE & DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU JUST JUDGEMENT & disturbing advice.

I had a horrible experience at this clinic. I needed a referral to get an MRI done on my MCL, as I'd torn it playing sport. Medicare covers MRI's for ACL and MCL injuries, but not miniscus. I'd already seen a physio who had confirmed it was my MCL, as well as having previously torn my other MCL, so I was 100% certain my MCL was injured.
Well, the GP I saw REFUSED to put MCL on the referral. I was in tears explaining I couldn't afford the $280 MRI fee and I KNEW it was my MCL, however she acted like the money was coming out of her own pocket. Her words were "well you can walk so you're obviously fine". I ended up making an app at a different GP to get another MRI referral
MRI results came back - grade 2 MCL tear. After hearing these results from the physio I called the GP hoping for an apology, as she was quite clearly in the wrong - instead I was belittled again.
She refused to listen to me, had absolutely zero compassion to my situation, got her diagnosis grossly wrong, and did not take responsibility for her incompetence after it was proved it was my MCL. I shouldn't be in tears trying to get adequate medical care.
