Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous view, loved the secure parking & ease of location. Booked a 2 b/room self contained apartment, large balcony. Had everything we needed. Cleaning was fine but need to check under beds. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here. Fantastic location, close to shops, cafes, beach, broadcaster, etc.. Loved just crossing the road and walking along the boardwalk. Pool and spa were great..loved the free iceblocks, nice little touch. Have stayed here a couple of times and will stay again.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The customer service was terrible, and the booking policy felt like a scam. I tried to cancel only 2 hours after making the reservation, but they refused and kept the full amount. There was no flexibility or willingness to help, even though the request was made almost immediately after booking.
Be very careful before making a reservation here. If your plans change, don’t expect any understanding or customer support. I won’t be booking with this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

The Crystal Bay Apartments were just as they appeared on the photos. They are roomy and stocked with all we needed; loved being able to do our own washing! Very tidy too and the staff were very helpful. Great location for eating out or going sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this amazing place a few weeks ago, was absolutely wonderful. Great pool with hours until 9:30pm, which is rare and Spa for after dinner dip. Great location, nice rooms with good view and friendly staff. Initially we were only staying one night, but ended up staying on another night. Will definitely stay here again
