I love going to CrossFit Narlie so much that I will go every day if I can. If they were open Sundays I’d go then too 😆 As much as I love getting stronger & keeping fit, the awesome coaches & members here make it so special. My son used to train here, now my 16 yr old daughter has joined me & realised what all the fuss was about. Thanks for everything Narlie crew!

I have been coming to CrossFIt Narlie now for two years. Before I started I was apprehensive about joining a CrossFit gym as I had only been to regular gyms and wasn’t sure if it would suit me. However, I am so glad I got up the courage to attend as it has been the best thing I could do for my fitness. I would recommend coming along to CrossFit Narlie wherever you are on your fitness journey. You will get individual attention from the trainers, varied classes and learn new skills. You also wont’t find a friendlier bunch of people.

CrossFit Narlie has been the best experience of community in over a decade for me. Nathan and Carlie are some of the most authentic coaches I have ever met. The community they have cultivated is the perfect representation of this.
