Dr Kim was amazing and so are my results but what truly blew me away was the after care. Injections to combat scar tissue are AMAZING! I have had 3 visits for after care injections by the lovely Emily who is an absolute dream to deal with. She is so knowledgeable and thorough and just an absolute gem of a person. People like her make Cosmos great. I will be sad when my after care is over and I don't get to see her smiling face anymore!

Specifically chose Dr.Kim and he did a great job the first time.
2nd time wasn't as good as the first times results.
3rd time I am palmed off to a female doctor instead of Mr. Kim (I did not have a choice but to see this doc or make another app for many weeks later).
This woman did a good a job as Dr.Kim did the 2nd time I saw him (so not a great one).
She also told me that what I was getting done causes wrinkles...lol it does when you strategically use product in some areas and not others, which is basically what she told me she was doing...
Dr. Kim and this clinic know what they're doing, doing mediocre jobs on the small things to keep customers coming back more often.
Why wasn't the quality of service the same as it was the first time.
They might also keep you waiting a long time in the waiting area + will give you different ppl every time, a lot of the time very young girls.
Don't recommend for minor non invasive services.

Dr Kim was so friendly and kind. I felt very relaxed and did not feel rushed at all. He made it a very relaxed environment for me. Amazing service by him and the nurses! Especially nurse Sheri and nurse Kim. They were super caring and made me feel very comfortable in the recovery room.

Had such an amazing experience with Dr Kim at Cosmos. He was very formative at our consultation and listened to exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier with my results!! The after care from his team were amazing as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! I have been to Cosmos on the GC multiple times for various treatments and will continue to come back. Dr Kim and his staff are exceptional at what they do and their service is second to none. I could not be happier with my results each and every time!
