If I could do no stars I would. Went to see Dr Khokhar and had an awful experience. He rushed me through the whole thing and when I asked to set up a mental health care plan he became visibly annoyed at me. Terrible bedside manner, didn’t even look at me. Also the website says bulk billing, but they don’t do that anymore. So on top of that uncomfortable experience I had to pay for it. Never coming here again.
Edited response: your Google overview of services states that you do provide bulk billing. You need to update that.

i attend this clinic on a regular basis for my children, myself and my grandchildren and have found the experience nothing but friendly and pleasant. the girls behind the desk, Indy and alana are always welcoming and very helpful. On numerous occasions they have taken it upon themselves to make any calls or write down information I may have needed.
Indy in particular is extremely lovely to the kids and the elderly. And at times i have wondered where she gets her patience after hearing the way some customers speak to these girls.
i highly recommend this practice and the wonderful staff.

I have just started coming here after my mum recommended this practice to me, the parking is a breeze compared to where I used to go. I have been getting a wound dresses daily and Aleasha has been amazing, she even came to do a home visit on her day off to make sure I was truly cared for and she does them often when required, the doctor at this practice is also very knowledgeable, the wait times are not very long at all and there is a play area for young children and as a mother of three that is invaluable to myself and i am sure to many other young families in the area. It is also extremely clean and hygienic and all of the staff are friendly, I will be moving my files here permanently and recommending to all my friends and family in search of a good family practice .

I attended the clinic for my covid vaccination with my husband. Lovely new looking practice, following covid guidelines well (which is nice to see in this day and age). The nurse and doctor were lovely and full of information. I will now be transferring my family and myself over as patients. Thank you.

Changed doctors. This is the worst GP ive ever been to. Just felt like he was cold and couldn't care less. He was rude to myself and my partner. If you have more than one issue he wants multiple appointments. Every other doctor i have been to has actually cared and sorted multiple problems in one consultation. More appointments = more $$
