Dr Dadabhay is lovely and attentive but the entire practice has zero sense of punctuality leave alone a time schedule. I have waited a minimum of 30 to a max of 90min for every appointment here, which is most infuriating when you’re bringing a baby for vaccinations and are administering meds ahead of time.
When booking I’ve been advised the doctors are always running late, perhaps patients get all the time they need but as a result the entire day is constantly off schedule and running behind time. Admitting to unpunctuality is one thing, not doing anything to improve the practice is another.
If you have anything more to do in your day than sit at a GP clinic waiting for your appointment, go elsewhere.
I chose this clinic due to living in close proximity and being able to walk here, but I would rather a 10min car ride with a screaming baby if it means my time is respected and my appointment is on schedule.
After 6 months of appointments here I will not be returning and I advise all parents with little kids to go elsewhere.
* thank you for responding but this is not the norm in all GP clinics. If there were one off emergencies the least the staff could do is acknowledge and apologise for a lengthy delay, this has never happened during any of my 6 visits. This is simply a result of poor practice management, time management and organisation. Tardiness is the norm here.

Dr Dadabhai is the best but very poor unhelpful reception people, wanted me to do book another appointment for my serology results, receptionist even refused it to transfer my reports to my another GP where I can get early appointment. Just unwanted stress and inconvenience.

If I could do no stars I would. Went to see Dr Khokhar and had an awful experience. He rushed me through the whole thing and when I asked to set up a mental health care plan he became visibly annoyed at me. Terrible bedside manner, didn’t even look at me. Also the website says bulk billing, but they don’t do that anymore. So on top of that uncomfortable experience I had to pay for it. Never coming here again.
Edited response: your Google overview of services states that you do provide bulk billing. You need to update that.

i attend this clinic on a regular basis for my children, myself and my grandchildren and have found the experience nothing but friendly and pleasant. the girls behind the desk, Indy and alana are always welcoming and very helpful. On numerous occasions they have taken it upon themselves to make any calls or write down information I may have needed.
Indy in particular is extremely lovely to the kids and the elderly. And at times i have wondered where she gets her patience after hearing the way some customers speak to these girls.
i highly recommend this practice and the wonderful staff.

I have just started coming here after my mum recommended this practice to me, the parking is a breeze compared to where I used to go. I have been getting a wound dresses daily and Aleasha has been amazing, she even came to do a home visit on her day off to make sure I was truly cared for and she does them often when required, the doctor at this practice is also very knowledgeable, the wait times are not very long at all and there is a play area for young children and as a mother of three that is invaluable to myself and i am sure to many other young families in the area. It is also extremely clean and hygienic and all of the staff are friendly, I will be moving my files here permanently and recommending to all my friends and family in search of a good family practice .
