I can't comment on everyone at the clinic but my experience with Dr. Lana, Dr. Tristan and Juanita at reception was always pleasant and professional. I have been their client for about 5 years and I will stay with them as long as they are happy to have me as their client. The best service I have received on the Gold Coast so far.

Our 2-year-old had her first check and clean with Susan today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Susan was so gentle and patient, making sure our little girl felt comfortable in the chair. Thank you for creating such a positive first dental visit, she especially loved the balloon dog at the end.

I needed an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and managed to get an appointment with Tristan the next morning. Upon arrival, Jodie quickly got my records transferred from the Burleigh Branch. Tristan and the dental nurse who’s name escapes me, but began with L, did a great job at fixing my tooth and was very professional and respectful that I was a patient at a different practice. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Coastal Dental Robina Town, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for the experience. As someone who has struggled with severe anxiety surrounding dental visits, I was nervous and apprehensive going in. However, from the moment I walked through the door, the team made me feel incredibly at ease.
Dr. Filip, in particular, was amazing. His calm, reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained each step of the process in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable. And I want to give a special mention to his assistants Ange and Aalya who were just as great.
The entire team including all reception staff were professional, kind, and patient, making it clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I’ve never felt more supported during a dental appointment. Thanks again to Dr. Filip and the team at Coastal Dental.Highly recommend!
