What started out a wonderful experience turned into a nightmare. I was a loyal client at this practise for many years, had spent thousands of dollars on my teeth and been good business for them over the time. When I had a veneer fall out suddenly a day before my birthday last year I rang this place in tears begging for an appointment. There care factor and support was not there. Which made me feel more upset and anxious with having a missing front tooth. They were extremely cold and careless towards the situation. Which came across very unprofessional.
Then yesterday a crown I had in for over 10 years fell out. Again, I was absolutely devastated almost in tears. Went in requesting an appointment. Instead of offering support and empathy I was told how “aggressive” I was. Which was far from the truth. I was clearly very upset suffering severe anxiety from having a missing tooth all over again. They did not respond professionally to my query. Instead treated me very poorly. And then turned it around on me to make me feel like the aggressor. She was the receptionist at the front desk called - GEORGIA. Her co worker then sided with her on the matter and got up and walked away from me while I was trying to organise and secure the next available appointment. I then later received a cruel email and text message advising me that they will no longer be offering me care at there practise. Which I think is a disgusting way to treat a client who had been going there for years spending thousands of dollars. These two girls at the front desk bullied me and turned it back around on me. Best advice I can give is - don’t go here! Go to another coastal dental care instead. The Runaway Bay practise was so understanding and were a real pleasure to go too.
The practise in Robina is a DISGRACE and should be ashamed of themselves!!

I visited Coastal Dental Care Robina Town about six months ago and received a treatment plan with Dr. Lana. I had crowns and cosmetic composite treatment done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Lana is an incredibly caring and attentive dentist who truly listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are satisfied. Both Dr. Lana and her wonderful assistant are highly professional, making you feel comfortable and confident in their care. The level of professionalism is exceptional, and I always feel I’m in great hands. Highly recommend!

Thank you Georgia for providing excellent service for me, a first time client. I had trouble finding the office but Georgia really made it cruisey when she called me and made sure I parked at the right spot and personally showed me where the office was! Super grateful! And thank you to Dr Alex, Summah and Christina for making my dentist appointment so easy and comfortable. 😊👍👍

Currently a patient of Dr Filip and his dental nurse - had a crown put in and wisdom teeth removed. Felt very much welcomed and liked that communication was clear and transparent before and after procedures. Filip also called and checked up on the day after extractions. Couldn’t feel better cared for and looked after at Coastal Dental Care! :)

First time today visiting this dental surgery after moving to the area. First impressions were outstanding. Didn’t feel rushed at all and was very impressed with the professional knowledge and the care taken by both Tristan and Hannah. Hands down the most care I have ever experienced by Hannah with my teeth clean (sensitive teeth). Tristan was very thorough and explained everything about my teeth and future care. Also experienced super friendly service from the girls at the front desk. Thanks to the team for welcoming myself and hubby to your practice.
