I just wanted to point out how amazing and thorough Courtney was!
I have dark, thick hair that grows back within the day and I’ve had multiple hair removal sessions before where the staff take as little as 10mins to do armpits, bikini and full legs which results in my hairs growing back patchy. But Courtney was amazing and meticulous and took her time aswell as making me feel relaxed and comfortable.
I can’t recommend her enough for laser hair removal!!! 😃

Good place, well priced and quick experience with consideration. Had Preet the therapist who took you through the process and was thoughtful throughout and patiently guides you. Not as painful as I expected and honestly so fast with plenty of flexible bookings.

Love this clinic, the staff are always so professional and friendly. My laser hair removal was definitely more thorough than some other clinics I’ve used over the years.
I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately there are no cover up slips in the rooms for privacy whilst waiting for your therapist, which is a little uncomfortable. This is my only negative.

I booked online for a treatment I had never received before, even though I have been a client of clear skin clinics Toowong for many years. There was no indication or communication that I needed to personally apply numbing cream beforehand, despite the clinic calling my the day before my appointment to confirm I was coming. I turned up for my appointment and the lady was so rude and condescending, “Well you booked online so that’s why no one told you to apply numbing cream, so go and get some, and apply it, and then we will do the treatment”…
The onus is on you guys to communicate, and perhaps better train your staff so they aren’t so rude.

A close relative of mine was attending this clinic in the hopes of treating their unwanted ache. You think paying upwards of $1000+ you’re in the hands of a professional who take their health and safety of their clients seriously. But ironically she went in to get her acne treated but returned with a face infection leaving her in enormous amount of pain, embarrassed to go out into public, and countless hospital visits. Emotionally and physically damaged. On top of that this clinic didn’t have the decency to pay her back the full amount nor the medical fees she was given. Never seen such unprofessionalism and mistreatment of a young teenager, disgusting.
