I had an appointment with Jess K. and she was amazing. She explained everything clearly, was incredibly gentle, and I really appreciated how honest and upfront she was; no sugar-coating, just genuine care and professionalism. I felt so comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been undergoing treatment for melasma at Australian Skin Clinic Chermside for the past three months,the clinic recommended the Cosmelan peel for my condition, and the improvement in just three months has been truly incredible. My skin tone has become noticeably more even, and the pigmentation has reduced significantly — something I’ve struggled with for years.

The space itself is spotless, beautifully detailed, and clearly recently renovated, it really stands out. Jessica took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended a HydraFacial and skincare products that have already made a noticeable difference.
