Today was my first laser hair removal session with Emily at the Adelaide Street clinic. I have had laser hair removal sessions in the past but they did not compare to the level of service I was provided by Emily. She was knowledgeable, thorough and respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure my safety. Will be sure to book future appointments with her!

I have been using the yearly services for the past two years. Sarah has been my primary contact during this time, and she provided excellent service—always ensuring my comfort and keeping me well-informed. However, since Sarah left the clinic, I have encountered difficulties. The current staff members are not as helpful or polite.
During my last appointment with Amy last month, she was nice and focused on understanding my needs for the session. However, when I booked my next session, there was no indication that Amy wouldn't be available and I would have someone else. Consequently, during my appointment today, the person who conducted the service seemed rushed, as they had another session immediately after mine and needed to use the room.
Despite being 10 minutes late to my appointment, the session was only scheduled for 20 minutes, which was surprising given that all my sessions typically lasted at least an hour in the past year. Moreover, I was scheduled for full legs, half arms, and a full face, all within just 20 minutes. I was extremely disappointed as they did not respect my time or money, rushing through my full face and half arms in just 10 minutes. Additionally, I wasn't provided with any moisturiser or sunscreen after the session, and I only realised after being in the sun that my face was burning.
I would like to request a refund for the remaining sessions of the year, or I may need to consider seeking services elsewhere. The current level of service does not reflect the value of my investment.

I have been going to this clinic for about a year now after the one in South Bank closed, Emily is always my go-to lady as she is absolutely AMAZING!! She is always lovely and its even better because this clinic is so close to home!! Btw their skincare range is the best! Especially their body buffing bar

When I went to my first laser hair removal session the first lady who took care of me was adorable (a red-haired lady) very attentive, asked me several questions, gave me time to changed in the room and came in slowly, she made sure I was okay during the session, great. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with the second session, I didn't have the same person, the lady who took care of me didn't care, no questions, not a smile, she left me very little time to change and came suddenly into the room, at the end of the session not a word, she simply pointed at the products, no advice at the end, not a word to tell me when I was to resume my next session, I would have liked a smile and a word or two, just enough to put me at ease. But thank you to this first lady for the experience.
