the Cedar Lake Country Resort has proven to be a very relaxing weeks holiday, with incredible bush and lake views, good walks and excellent family friendly amenities. Lots of wildlife, kangaroos & wallabies, ducks, geese, turkeys and kookaburras.
The lake supports canoeing and pedal boats, while the pool is pleasant and well supplied with loungers. there is a well equipped Games room, tennis courts, both golf and mini-golf, as well as a Wednesday evening "roast dinner"

Older style units with all you need for a clean, comfortable, relaxed stay. The facilities are excellent for all ages. Beautiful grounds filled with trees, rolling green lawn, birdlife and kangaroos. A wonderful place to relax away from the hustle of the coast but near enough for all the amenities.

Could not fault the staff. The rooms are starting to look a little dated and unfortunately the beds were not suitable for us. They simply hurt our backs. The location was great and having the wildlife at your doorstep was a plus

We’ve stayed here several times and really enjoyed our stays previously. But the quality has slipped in recent times. Our room was poorly cleaned. Especially the dishes, which still had bits of rissole and food on them from the previous guest. Also, the restaurant is now only open once a week so there are no convenient food options. You will have to drive to get anywhere. On this occasion when checking out a day early I left my phone charger plugged in the wall in the bedroom. I know I left it there. As soon as I realised (the same day) we called up reception. Nobody could have been in there since we checked out a day early, so there is no way that it wouldnt be there. They advised cleaners hadnt been in yet. I asked if they could collect it and mail to us at our expense. They advised they would call back. They never did. A couple of days later we called again. They said it wasnt there. The only explanation is that someone kept it for themselves. We wont be staying again.
