I stayed in creek lodge 3 and overall had a lovely stay. Some feedback for the resort and future guests:
- the water is undrinkable, it’s heavily chlorinated and the only bottled water on site is $10 a bottle from the restaurant. Not even boiling it could save it. The kiosk is hugely under stocked.
- lighting at night isn’t great. We had a lot of guests for a wedding and quite a few tumbles!
- my mum stayed in the disabled room and needed the buggy. At night no one answers the phone from outside the restaurant.
- no one answered the phone at reception when we called it. This was Sat afternoon and Sunday morning.
- the hairdryer overheats quickly and turns itself off.
- the wedding held on the lawn and island glade was incredible and flawlessly executed
- some guests rooms flooded due to the extensive rain last week
- staff are lovely
- worlds worst pizzas. We ordered a lot of them on Sat night and $15 each, they lacked cheese and toppings, my order was forgotten.
- our cabin didn’t have firefighters for the fire
- loads to do for families
- the breakfast was really tasty but we had to pay extra if we wanted a proper coffee. For a whole family it was expensive.

Location is beautiful, but quite busy. Rooms are nothing special but has everything you need and doesn't feel cramped. Air con doesn't really work very well but not a show stopper. Staff are lovely, they provide pick up and drop off services to your room which is pretty nice as the walk up hill can be challenging for some after a few beverages.
I'd go back for sure, we attended a wedding there and honestly it was amazing. Food was great, we accidentally filled up on the finger food before dinner, I told my wife not to worry because most of the time alternate drop mains are tiny anyway... Well not these ones. Solid piece of meat and don't skimp on the vegetable.

The Vista Room accommodation was very good. The tap in the bathroom needs fixing as it was loose - not a big problem (forgot to mention it on checkout). We had booked a shuttle to take us to the Wedding reception area as it was a long walk for those in high heels. However, the shuttle never arrived - a bit annoying. We did manage the walk even though it was very hot and humid at the time.We also had trouble with the TV not working. I mentioned this at reception on my way to the Wedding reception. When we returned to our room later in the evening, the TV had been fixed - very grateful!

Great place, quiet and plenty to do. Was there for a wedding. Only issue we had was a smoke alarm that started going off at 5:30am on our departure day and wouldn't stop. Staff did note it down and apologised but it wasn't fun at the time. Everything else seem fine. Swimming in the creek water holes was very nice.

Loved it. Great place to stop and revive on the mountain. Has everything I needed, exceptionally neat and clean, great room, super comfortable bed, awesome bathroom and kitchenette, great food, entertainment. Loved seeing the stars at night and hearing the birds in the courtyard in the morning. Wonderfully reviving. Will be back. Only issue was the reception staff who couldn't be bothered to look up to take my key on check out, but checkin was great. Enjoy.
