This establishment has a lovely well kept entrance and has great ocean views. However unfortunately it stops there. Our room was not cleaned properly, a light wasn't working, the air-conditioner in the main living area was old, didn't work properly and needed replacing. The furniture was old and worn and uncomfortable.Its close to food/resturants/pacific fair. However we will not be returning, they took a security hold of $250 it should have been around the other way.i have enclosed photos so support our findings. Dont recommend!.

Stayed there while the cyclone Alfred. I recommend to book the HIGH ocean view as you get a big balcony with direct sea view.
In front of the hotel is a park with trees, free bbq grills, water spender and a kids playground. A great addon to the beach to spend time.
The hotel itself has an in- and outdoor pool and a very nice area with tables, a kitchen, bathrooms and grill. The rooms are well equipped and have everything you need to maintain a household. Also while the cyclone they had a backup generator and the building manager kept you informed about the current situation. The ladies at the reception were always very helpful, uncomplicated and kind.
The only point which could be better is indeed the cleanliness of the interieur. Many greasy and sticky spots in the kitchen, washing machine was very dirty/greasy (cleaned it before usage). Also dusty hidden spots and cabinets. A yearly deep cleaning would not hurt but that is maybe out of control of the management as the appartements are mostly private owned.
I do recommend this place as I had a fantastic stay here.

Its been our annual go to for the last 3 years. Its competitivly priced. A good location for kids and adults. Walking distance to everything. Rooms can vary in style/quality but have never been of a bad quality for us. The staff are friendly and the building is kept well.

This would be a high star rating outside of the room maintenance. Lounges in room had moveable headrests to be able to sit up comfortably but none of these worked. Tile grout in kitchen & laundry very dirty, marks & damage to walls throughout unit, carpets were stretched & had ripple effects, tap in sink was loose & awkward to use, lock on main bedroom door loose & not working, maintenance plate above spa rusted, dining table leg has major damage & curtain in lounge has mould growing from bottom of curtain to 1/4 up on curtain. Great views & amazing position. Only negative is the lack of maintenance in apartment which leets it down. Management did give a discount after complaint was made & the fact we could not move rooms. No problem paying the cost of accommodation but the owners need to hold up their end of the obligation to presenting a clean & functioning room. Management handled discussions professionally & rest of facility was 5 stars.

What a great spot! Beachfront and stunning ocean and city views!
The facilities were all great. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna.
Nice spacious rooms with a great kitchen and balcony.
The traffic spounds were minimal compared to another place we stayed nearby.
I'd happily stay here again.
