I hate to leave such a terrible review, but I visited on the recommendations of other reviews being so positive, and my experience was nothing like it. Paid for a hydrafacial and chemical peel. The whole experience from stepping into the reception, filling in paperwork, and out the door was 30 minutes.... so you can imagine the quality of the facial itself. Hydrafacial component was a few plonks on the face. So disappointed.

Got chemical burns all over my face, which left scars and caused permanent damages to my skin after one chemical peel.
I purchased a package that included three visits for a HydraFacial and chemical peel. During my first visit on June 22nd, I opted to receive only the HydraFacial as I wasn’t ready for the chemical peel. However, the treatment only involved exfoliation with suction, without the hydrating serum infusion that is typically part of a HydraFacial. Additionally, the machine used appeared to be a low-cost, China-made device that did not seem to meet professional standards.
On my second visit, July 12th, I proceeded with the full treatment and, unfortunately, experienced an immediate chemical burn. The therapist continued to rub my face to remove the lactic acid solution, which caused my skin to peel off. My entire face suffered severe burns, and I contacted the merchant that same night. However, I did not receive a response until July 15th, at which point they asked me to visit the center and offered only two paper masks (non-sale items), calming serum samples, and a LED light treatment.
The chemical burn was severe and has left a scar on my face. I recently contacted the store to request a refund for both the remaining treatments and the sub-standard service I received, as I no longer trust the merchant to provide safe services. Unfortunately, I have not received any response about the refund but instead advised me to complete the remaining treatment for hydration

I was recently gifted a Groupon voucher from my husband for a hydrafacial + chemical peel.
The experience at Carina Day Spa was amazing! Meng was so lovely upon entering and throughout my treatment. I can’t wait to go back.

The staff are lovely and welcoming! Sophie listened to exactly what I wanted and explained everything clearly before the procedure. The prices are very competitive compared to other places. I would definitely recommend them!

Charged 200 bucks for Dysport on glabella. Said gave 40 units. After a week I can still see some eleven lines between my eyes. Sophia booked me to revisit by the 10th day. I went back thinking she will do something about it since the results I expected were not achieved. I have had botox jabs before and it totally relaxed my lines smoothly and the lines were not even deep but this was not achieved in Carina Day spa. She made me wait 20 mins and said I was booked for 1130 even if she sms'ed to come at 1145. She was with another patient which I felt was unprofessional. And when she saw, just because there was no movement still doesn't mean she did a good job so no I am not going back. If you see Dysport standard is 50, why give me 40 then?
