Great location. Clean linen and towels. Everything else needs work: dirty carpet, dirty kitchen utensils, loose tiles in the bathroom, dripping shower, "hot" water was cold in the morning, uncomfortable beds, thin walls. Parking spaces are small. It was an unplanned one night stay, not to be repeated.

I once stayed there in this January when I went to gold coast for holidays
It was a great experience for me and my friends.
It is very budget friendly and near to city.
But while returning I mistakenly took the towel and came back to my place. I live in Sydney. I ignored it till now thinking it's just a towel.
But I regret now, i should have inform this earlier.
Please provide me with any payment methods so that I can pay for the twoel

Horrible customer service. Electrician in our room from 1pm to 6pm drilling and completely in the way. Couldn't use the bathroom, kitchen space, could barely get to the bed. Went in to the lady at reception explaining that this is unacceptable, we need to shower as we have somewhere to be. She said sorry and walked away, no offer for discount or anything. Completely unacceptable. Place is not too bad but no consideration to guests - horrible.

The staff were incredibly rude and didn't care about the people staying at all. The price for the room I stayed in was incredibly high for the quality of the room. The room had no kettle, the back of the remote for the aircon was falling off and the photos put on the website were incredibly misleading compared to what I was met with. The parking was also horrendous, with a minimal number of spaces available compared to the rooms there. There was also no refund available which I find ridiculous as I was there for barely 10 minutes and hadn't touched the beds nor much else.
