Have been a patient of this practice for many years, (seeing Dr Hartwell) but am now looking for a new GP. Was just going to try another GP at the practice, but after lodging my complaint with the practice manager and getting poor responses from her I'm going to another clinic altogether.
I booked a general appointment with Dr Hartwell, was in and out within 5 minutes maximum, and charged $240!!! All that was done was checking to see if results were there (which they weren't) and printing out an updated referral.
The practice manager stated that it is the practices policy to charge non-concession card holders the full amount, and that I was charged 2 items in that visit - a standard consultation and a mental health care review. No review was undertaken, no questions, no conversation. Dr Hartwell simply printed out my new referral with a couple of lines deleted.
I stated I was happy to pay the standard $85 and requested a reimbursement of the difference. I also stated that it is at the discretion of each GP what they charge, as I have been there not long ago and saw another GP in Dr Hartwell's absence and was bulk billed.
No reimbursement was given, just excuses.

Amazing experience with both dr Allison and Dr Nathan Williams, the doctor my daughter saw. Kind, compassionate and professional. The doctor my 13 yr old daughter saw spent an hour with her , treated her skin issue in office and explained in clear understandable terms how to treat and manage her condition. He was very positive, knowledgeable and had a brilliant bedside manner. My appointment with Dr Allison was shorter as it was a referral, but she was very compassionate to sensitive issues, completely non judgemental and professional. My daughter was bulk billed and it was more like a specialist appointment then a gp appointment. Highly recommend

Unprofessional, discriminating, racist behaviour toward patients. Rude blonde receptionist say " don't come back" toward unwell patient who have made an appointment. Not allowing people to sit at waiting area for appointments and got asked to leave because " the doctors is having lunch". Unwilling to provide her name and state there's no supervisor on site to manage the situation. A medical centre that DOES NOT have someone in charge is significantly questionable.
Dr. Nathan William is great but receptionist need to change or learn to some interpersonal skill and respect their patients.

Dr King is a great doctor. Have seen him for both of my pregnancies. Also, had an Iron Infusion yesterday with who I believe was Dr. Wallace he was really helpful and polite. The nurse that did the infusion was so lovely and easy to chat to! Highly recommend
