Fantastic place to stay for various reasons.
Staff are extremely friendly when first checking in at the front desk.
Unfortunately for us we had a minor issue in our room we checked into (not our or companies fault).
The manager pulled some strings and made things work for us luckily and checked us into another room promptly without any further issues.
Customer service 10/10 and the rooms are fantastic in a great location.
Highly recommend booking this place if staying on the Gold Coast.
We will definitely re book here when we come back to Queensland.

Lovely location close to Miami shops. Quiet end of the Esplanade but still only a short walk back to the main Burleigh drag for dinner. Lovely view even though we weren't super high up. Good facilities in the room and we love the heated pool and spa (would be awesome if the outdoor pool was also heated but not a deal breaker). Thank you for a lovely time :) - sad to be leaving in a couple days!

Just spent 3 lovely nights here in unit 24F. The unit was spacious, clean and amazing views of the coastline. It is all about the view and so close to everything. Coles, Aldi and Dan Murphy’s are a short stroll away. Also there is a club and tavern which are a short stroll away and the food at both were good. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Leonie who gave us the warmest reception ever. We will be back.

25H -Penthouse Apartment was one of the worst apartments I’ve stayed in my whole life. Please ensure if you are booking a penthouse apartment that it is not this one.
The first thing I noticed there was black mould everywhere on the curtains. The worst part was the black mould was the worst in the master bedroom and ensuite where my 6month old spent most of the time on our holiday sleeping. My daughter and I woke up coughing, sneezing and congested. I never put two and two together but I think the mould may have had something to do with it. I was told that there is nothing that could be done as they’ve tried scrubbing it and it didn’t come off. Hearing that baffled me as I don't understand why they wouldn’t have been replaced for a penthouse apartment and continuing to put guests health at risk with black mould. For the price you pay to stay in a penthouse apartment it’s just not good enough.
It was also extremely hot especially in the bedrooms as the air conditioner didn’t work. My two daughters struggled with this and we were told the air-conditioning couldn’t be fixed for two more days due to the public holiday.
The same first night my daughter slipped over on her back nearly cracking her head in the main bathroom due to the shower door not being sealed. The bath mat we had on the floor was sopping wet and was useless so we had to use several towels to cover the whole bathroom floor to try and make it safe. I was told there was nothing they can do to fix it as it’s a maintenance issue. I requested more towels as I had spent majority of that day washing and drying the towels we used to try and mop it all up.
This is the part where I will never be able to forget. The first night of our stay a cockroach ran across face waking me up. Several times during our stay when I would get up at night I would see them crawling on the ensuite sliding door and then they would scurry into the alcove to hide. I killed several cockroaches but there were so many and they were so fast it was hard to get them. We even had a cricket in our room. When we voiced our concerns after the first night we were told that they were aware of the cockroach infestation and the accommodation was getting sprayed on Tuesday which was the day after we left.
We asked to be moved rooms immediately but we were told they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. Everyone else was fully booked too or extremely expensive. As we were denied an alternative accommodation and stayed it got worse the longer we stayed.
The cupboard door on the cabinet to the right at the entrance when you first walk in the door fell off onto my daughter piercing the skin on her chest and also bruising it.
That same night my husband had just ducked to the toilet quickly and I had finished putting our 6 month old to bed when I walked out finding our 2 year old spinning around tangling the blind cord around her neck. Most if not all of the cords hang low and have not been secured. I can’t imagine what would have happened if neither of us had taken a couple of minutes longer. If our daughter had strangled herself.
That same awful night a cockroach ran up my leg in bed. I can’t help but think had they been crawling over my 6 month old in her cot at any time. The next day I begged to change rooms as I could not stay one more night in such unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Especially with our young children. We got put in room 24F. I can not fault one thing. It was amazing and so clean. I couldn’t recommend this room enough.
Our stay in 25H really was something unimaginable. This whole ordeal we went through and the only thing management said they could do was offer us a 15% discount off peak season rates for a future stay… needless to say we will not be coming back. It was our first family holiday, travelling from Tasmania and so disappointing.
Side note.. Staff obviously do not like dealing with complaints as there is a ‘mousetrap’ on the wall in reception with writing stating ‘place hand here for complaints’
The unprofessionalism just says it all for me.
