If you are looking for a roomy, fair priced apartment and you don't mind it being a bit older, then this is the spot!
Across from Burleigh beach, a 15-minute walk to James St, which has great boutique shops and eateries. 2x surf clubs on your doorstep, the headlands walk is beautiful and takes you over to Tallebugera creek.
The pool is heated and pleasant in Spring, my boys loved it!
The 2 bed rooftop balcony was sooocool, and the hot tub and extra bonus.
Eric, the manager, was super helpful.
We will definitely be back!

A great location, being close to the beach and the main shopping area. Restaurants and amenities were all within an easy walk.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a short or long stay.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
We were delighted to have found this gem and will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed there this past week and had a great stay. Good price, clean, and Eric and Nikki were very accommodating to get us in. Location can’t be beat as it’s a 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from James st. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Burleigh on the Beach. Everything was made easy. The location is excellent, so close to the beach and a short walk to the main shops. The rooms are spacious, well equiped and great value for the price. We would definitely stay again!

Burleigh on the beach? more like Burleigh on the noisy highway!! Regardless of the location, the management of this place was absolutely disgusting. Older family members of mine specifically booked ground floor as they both have walkers/walking sticks and so cannot use stairs. Mind you this place doesn’t even have a lift??!? Once they get there, the apartment is not only up several stair cases but in a stingy apartment with no view. After asking for an alternative which is MORE than reasonable, manager was rude and quick to dismiss them. Horrible attitude, extremely unprofessional and plain rude. To make matters worse they refused a refund of the NINE DAYS! it’s just lucky we finally got their money back as we know people in the industry. It wasn’t an unreasonable request and to be spoken to how they were, not on. Super disappointing! Especially when the reviews are nice and over the phone management seems super nice!!
