The best experience we could have asked for.
The property is stunning. The suite oozed luxury and style.
Management and housekeeping attend beautifully to even the finest details.
The housekeeping manager (we presume he is management) we met on the first and last day of our stay made us feel so welcome, and he - in himself - deserves great credit for the little things he did before our arrival to make the room accomodate our needs.
The building faces the beach and is nestled far away from the construction and noise closer to town. It is 20-30 minutes from the GC attractions and 45 minutes from the Hinterland attractions.
Without reservation, we give the Mediterranean the highest of scores possible. We will return.
P.S. 2803 is incredible!!!

We have stayed in many places at the Gold Coast but our room at the Mediterranean was by far the nicest and most comfortable ever. It has been beautifully decorated with lovely personal touches that my daughter and I truly appreciated. It even smelled nice which made it warm and welcoming. A big thanks to the owners for this.
The recently renovated room was in great condition with nice furniture, great bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen with good quality accessories and appliances.
The resort itself is a nice old school one that is just what we like. I clean pool with a hot indoor spa that was nice on a winter night.
Great location and fantastic view from a well appointed balcony.
We would have liked to stay longer on our last day but unfortunately even though we could have had a late check out it would have been an extra $50 an hour which was disappointing.

The apartment we stayed in - 2705, had a fabulous view and was very comfortable. It had a homely feel and was decorated very nicely. The beds were very comfortable too. The beach across the road is fabulous and you can easily walk to cafes and restaurants. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the light rail building project from 10 pm onwards throughout the night. Hopefully this will be finished soon! Although the apartment has not been updated, it does need a good spring clean. The walls, doors and handles need a good wash as there are dirty marks on them. The kitchen and bathrooms need a thorough clean too. The television also has a flickering band all the way through it. We did mention this to reception before we left. The price we paid was quite reasonable, but in high season when the prices are much higher, I think guests would expect a higher standard. Overall though, we loved our stay, and I hope my comments are seen as constructive and not overally critical.

Absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location, wasn't noisy at night time on a weekend at all. Walking distance to everything you need on your stay. Kids loved the indoor pool. Too cold for large outdoor pool this time but definitely will use it next time. The rooftop area was AMAZING, I could have sat up there all day watching the whales straight in front of the hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Very secure building too. 100% will recommend staying here and we will definitely be back in the future.

Great location and area for families, right across from North Burleigh and a nice walk into Burleigh Heads along the beach track. The room was nicely renovated and furnished, only let down was the beds and pillows not that comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools are great for families, giving all weather options. All up a great choice for families.
