2nd stay here. Room was worst than first stay and very dated. Artwork looked like my nanna had painted it in the 50's. Lots of mould on back of curtains in bedroom. 1 bedroom had no air-conditioning. No glasses in room on arrival. TV in bedroom is ancient. Remote had no back on it so batteries kept falling out. Knives blunt. Not sure how it is passing as a 4 star.
Amazing view. Great facilities. Lovely lady at reception.

We love this place. The apartments are amazing and the front desk are excellent.
The best views in Burleigh and ideally located between the great restaurants of Burleigh and the very cool Miami Tavern and North Burleigh Surf Club.

Recently stayed in unit 4 on level 2. Really disappointed with the apartment. It was filthy and in a general state of disrepair. I've included some photos but they don't even show the half of it.
Half finished plastering work, loose wires, filthy windows, rusted air-conditioning, holes in cupboards, not to mention the cockroaches that we had the pleasure of sharing the space with. We didn't even want to use the kettle based on its condition (pictured) and boiled water on the stove instead.
Go elsewhere.

"I am sorry we don't have the room you have reserved and paid for 12 months ago to celebrate New Years Eve on the Gold Coast"
These are the words that my group was provided when we attempted to check into the Burleigh Esplanade Apartments on New Years for a 2 night stay in a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment, which was reserved and paid for 12 months in advance.
Did I mention we travelled from Brisbane, Central Queensland and the Coast!
It is truly disheartening to experience an appalling and disgusting display of customer service. When we choose to spend our hard-earned money on a product or service, we expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this location does not share these values.
Blame was shifted to the booking agency which was not at fault and it has been determined the managers did not follow protocol and to rub salt into the wounds they declined to refund the money we had paid previously and were instructed to recoup money from the booking agency who had confirmed the managers were in receipt of the funds.
I would avoid this location like the plague! An appalling display of customer service and what not to do to customers who are travelling at one of the busiest times of the year. We were unable to locate accommodation on the Gold Coast and had to return to Brisbane.

Spacious, Clean and comfy. Great facilities and stay. Booked for next year on the plane ride home! Nice and quiet location, well stocked kitchen (plates, cutlery etc), coffee, tea and milk facilities. Love the balcony views - even from the 6th floor still great. Overall a great time away.
