The first time I went, the doctor was 1 hour late and I got no notice or apology. Second time, same doctor was 45 minutes late, no apology and then was dismissive of my pain and needs.
Third time, nurse was 15 minutes late for the first appointment of the morning but she was lovely and very helpful, but then the same doctor I was meant to speak to after the nurse didn't call for over an hour.

I just got off the phone with one of the reception desk staff and felt I could share for some feedback to improve. I found the staff member I was speaking to to be very dismissive towards the struggle I was having in sorting out a vaccine appointment. She came across as incredibly rude to me as I was hung up on whilst I was thanking the staff member for helping me out. Did not expect this at all from the staff.

Doctor is always at least 40mins late. Usually 1+ hour. Appointments are strictly 15mins but this only applies to young patients as they’re not of concern and are dismissively rushed out the door.

No one answers the phone. So much for striving from high standard of service. Being on hold waiting to be answered for 40mins that’s a waste of 40mins if my life. I was booked in today for 2:30 for a phone consult just for my result until now it’s 3:58 still no phone calls. What kind of service is that? So disappointing! Surely you can do better than that!

A hidden gem. I've seen two doctors here, Dr Petersen and Dr Hunt, and they are both exceptionally kind and competent GPs. The staff are always lovely, too.
