Whilst visiting from Melbourne, we had to pay an unexpected visit to Broadbeach Medical clinic for my 2 yo daughter. We saw Dr Lisa Olsen & boy was she fantastic! Super friendly, thorough & we didn’t feel rushed. To be honest, everyone we made contact with both over the phone & in-person at reception & even nurses & other drs who work there were super friendly & acknowledged us as they walked past, even making small talk with my kids & making them smile. The entire space is fresh & very well kept. Super impressed! Keep up the good work & thank you for being kind :)

My daughter needed an iron infusion. It was her first one so she was a little anxious beforehand. We were very happy with the care she received both during and after the procedure. Dr Ashleigh and Nurse Julie were caring and attentive. They have a good way with people so my daughter felt at ease.

Honestly from walking in to walking out I felt comfortable, supported and welcome. Reception staff were fabulous, warm and efficient. Dr Ashleigh Heuke was very thorough and interested in my daughter’s overall wellbeing not just her presenting complaint. I was so happy and thankful. She had a lovely bedside manner too. Highly recommend.

I spent an entire year searching for a GP and team that were understanding of my medical history…I finally found that in Broadbeach medical centre…. The other benefit is that its location is super easy for parking. Perfect spot for the person who doesn’t have much time in their day. It’s clean, not over run and since seeing my GP, I have never waited any longer than 10min for my appointment.
Won’t be going anywhere else!

I recently had an “unplanned” visit to the Broadbeach Medical Centre &was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding professional and caring service provided by both the medical and nursing staff.
The doctor was not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment options in detail.
The nurses were equally compassionate and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit.
Additionally, the administration staff were incredibly kind and efficient, making the check-in and billing process smooth and hassle-free. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any questions or issues truly enhanced my overall experience.
