Honestly from walking in to walking out I felt comfortable, supported and welcome. Reception staff were fabulous, warm and efficient. Dr Ashleigh Heuke was very thorough and interested in my daughter’s overall wellbeing not just her presenting complaint. I was so happy and thankful. She had a lovely bedside manner too. Highly recommend.

I recently had an “unplanned” visit to the Broadbeach Medical Centre &was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding professional and caring service provided by both the medical and nursing staff.
The doctor was not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment options in detail.
The nurses were equally compassionate and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit.
Additionally, the administration staff were incredibly kind and efficient, making the check-in and billing process smooth and hassle-free. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any questions or issues truly enhanced my overall experience.
I highly recommend the Broadbeach Medical Centre for anyone seeking high-quality medical care delivered with genuine compassion and professionalism.

I spent an entire year searching for a GP and team that were understanding of my medical history…I finally found that in Broadbeach medical centre…. The other benefit is that its location is super easy for parking. Perfect spot for the person who doesn’t have much time in their day. It’s clean, not over run and since seeing my GP, I have never waited any longer than 10min for my appointment.
Won’t be going anywhere else!

Doctor Louisa was wonderful sending me off for the tests I needed to properly diagnose me. Follow up appointment was bulk billed but first one was $95 because I’m not a Queensland resident. I do have a full Victorian pension card and find it disappointing it does not apply because I’m visiting another state
