Dr. Ashley and the other lovely nurse who helped me today I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
From the very first day I met Dr. Ashley, she’s always been so kind, attentive, and just an incredible human being. She made me feel calm and comfortable in a moment when I was feeling extremely anxious and overwhelmed. She truly brought me peace during one of the hardest times in my life.
Dr. Ashley is not the kind of professional who is just there for the money she genuinely cares. She informs you, she looks after you, and she really wants what’s best for you. That kind of care is rare these days, and I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor and such a beautiful, supportive clinic full of strong, caring women who truly look out for one another.
The nurse who helped me today was also so sweet she held my hand, reassured me that everything was going to be okay, and brought me so much calm in a vulnerable moment. That meant the world to me, especially because I’m alone here in Australia and couldn’t have my friend with me. Having their support and care made all the difference.
I’m deeply grateful. May God bless every woman working in that clinic you’re doing amazing work, and I’m truly thankful for everything you did for me. (I’m sorry I couldn’t remember the nurse name ) but she knows how amazing she is ❤️

I recently had an appointment with Dr. KK and her lovely nurse Janine, and I was so impressed by the level of care they provided. While I wasn’t feeling uncomfortable myself, it was clear that they go above and beyond to make every patient feel at ease. They were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Their warm and respectful approach made for a really positive experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great clinical knowledge, exceptional care and empathy.

Dr KK and Nurse Janine were so caring and friendly. Ensuring that I was aware of everything the procedure included and was happy to go ahead. Both my appointments and throughout the procedure, I felt very comfortable in their care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone else seeking medial attention in the area. The receptionists are also very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you all.

As a new patient, I am very impressed with the professional manner I received at your clinic. I was referred to Dr Derek for my medical requirements.Dr Derek examined my previous medical records & requested a ECG to be undertaken the following week.A care plan was also completed by a very capable nurse.
It was a pleasant experience not to have to wait approx 1to2 hours as was the case from my previous clinic.
Looking forward to a positive experience with the Broadbeach Medical team.

Dr. Derek went above and beyond in caring for me—not just medically, but as a person. As a busy working mum, I kept putting off my appointment to hear the results of my tests. But one morning, Dr. Derek personally called me early to share the results, and followed up with a detailed explanation via email.
It wasn’t just about saving my time—it was the genuine care and thoughtfulness in his approach that stayed with me. Even over the phone, I could feel how deeply he cares for his patients.
