Very disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone today. The lady I spoke with sounded annoyed and came across as quite rude. The way my questions were answered made me feel unwelcome. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience has put me off using this business.

I recently had both Botox and lip filler done by Mrs. Trinh , and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She did an amazing, professional job. What really impressed me was how gentle and skilled she was — she used both a numbing cream and ampoule for my lips, so I barely felt any pain at all (maybe only 20% discomfort). Honestly, I’m so satisfied with her work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality cosmetic treatments. Thank you, Mrs.TRINH

Amazing Experience, Visible Results & Boosted Confidence!
I first enquired about skin needling at Brisbane Skin and Laser Clinic in December 2024, just in time for their Black Friday promotion. From my very first visit, the team has been nothing short of wonderful! 🙏
I recently completed my four sessions of skin needling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My skin looks smoother, more radiant, and refreshed, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall texture and tone. Not only has my skin improved, but so has my self-confidence—I feel so much more comfortable and happy in my own skin! 🥰🙌
A special thank you to Marissa, who was my main therapist—she did my first and third sessions and made me feel completely at ease. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly personality truly made the experience enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of being treated by Cady (for my second session) and Courtney (for my final session), and they were both fantastic as well. I don’t often write reviews but my experience here was horrible. I have just moved to the area and needed a local nurse. She did not listen to me in my first appointment, as I told her exactly what my old nurse in another state would use and that was perfect. She then Said she put 100mls of disport but I had so Much movement two weeks later, so then she redid it and said it was another 100mls. So I just went back for my top up 5 months later and she is telling me she put 200mls in two sections of my forehead. And that she would need to put 200 mls in two sections again! Sorry lady but that’s bullshit! I am not a nurse but I have communicated with two of my previous nurses and they have both said that this is not right!

Very happy and satisfied with the customer service today, such a sweet and welcoming staff, very professional, walked in with a disappointing services from clear skin clinic and returned with confidence, satisfaction and heart full of gratitude. Being customer is also not easy when you treated like you don't know anything. Well, thanks heaps to Antiwrinkle skin studio for wonderful services today. I will recommend you to everybody i know at least. ☺️☺️
