Perfect place for my extended family to stay for a 5 day holiday. We booked a 4 bedroom apartment and it was located on the 3rd floor. The apartment was clean, well furnished and was really well laid out with all the kitchen supplies that you could ever need. It had ample balcony space off each bedroom so each person could find their own space to relax away from everyone else. The kids loved the pool / spa.
The managing company, especially the lady who handed us our keys and took my enquires when I rang were nothing but helpful and lovely.

Nice resort.
Located in a good position, the resort look really nice.
Clean, comfortable and quiet apartments are accessible to all class of people or visitors.
Good for family and friends.
Wi-Fi were not dependable.
The bed 🛏️ was on wheels and the floor was tiled, therefore, when entering into bed, the bed moved. Sometimes you found yourself next to the window or next to the cupboard when waking up in the morning. New experience.
That’s the reason I gave it 4 stars 🌟

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We just checked in and the pictures on their website do not even come close to what the rooms actually look like. We booked a deluxe two bedroom for two weeks and it is filthy and smells horrible. The front desk offered to have them clean it again tomorrow however if it was supposed to be clean today I don’t think that will help anything. The dishes/pots and pans were used and put back in the cabinets/drawers. Save yourself a vacation where you will be cleaning up others messes. Disgusting.

I want to start with all the positives here as when we were looking for accommodation, negatives were listed first and it put me off straight away, and I think this resort is a lovely place to stay.
We got a great poolside room, near the cold pool which was great as it wasn’t as noisy.
Great facilities with having the cold, heated, spa and BBQ area, with small playground. Our youngest spent every single day of our 8 day stay in the pool, sometimes twice a day.
All lit up at night time, waterfall turns off at 10pm.
The room itself was pretty good, spacious, with two bathrooms, Pretty much anything we needed was there.
The grounds are pretty, the planting is dense, and they were re mulching the entire place during our stay and it looked great.
Key card access into the grounds was nice security.
Undercover parking onsite and free wifi.
Very family friendly.
Cons:
Our biggest and most serious negative, we had a pretty major housekeeping issue and Im not sure if I really want to mention the details or share pics, we didn’t want to kick up a big stink considering it was our first day and the kids were feeding off our moods, but I was disappointed and wish I had as just 'that's no-good, I'm sorry about that', really doesn’t cut it, considering had I injured myself (which was very close), our whole trip would have been different. It was a MAJOR health and safety risk. What we found was completely unacceptable and made us wonder if all checks and cleaning had been done.
The room was somewhat tired, alittle bit of maintenance required, to be expected for this age.
The master shower screen needs some TLC, the seals at the bottom were green, and every shower no matter how you positioned the head outside the shower was soaked, and when you only have 1 bathmat it got frustrating. Plus the tiles are very slippery.
Didn’t love that there were items left in areas that belonged to what I can guess is the unit/timeshare owner, some were in a locked cupboard and I suggest moving it all to that space.
Please replace clock batteries.
Overall we did have a great stay, the staff all friendly, the grounds are maintained well and they have staff cleaning the pools and bbq area each morning. There was abit of noise in the evenings, but to be expected as I think they were fully booked. We did have a pool gate that backed onto our bedroom that got opened and slammed closed many times each night, I would suggest seeing if you can adapt this to close quietly. Good location, 2min walk to mermaid beach (amazing sunrise) and a quick drive to local restaurants and pacific fair.

Travel agent arranged our 3 generation family holiday, we stayed in 3 units. We stayed one week in April 2024.
I was disappointed from the cons below.
My unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry kitchen etc.

Unit has been repainted, .
More than 100 units, probably owned by an investor and maintenance overlooked. .??? by body corporate
Renting is thru accord group.
....
Pros, ,...good location near the beach , reasonable price. .
......
Cons .. .. Unit smelt of smoke, dirty ceiling vent, both showers had mold, toilet seats rims were urine stained, clothes washer control knobs missing, bed quite smelled and needed washing, sitting room ranch slider lock needed repair, sink leaked.
