In reply to your response I received these flowers as a 'gift' (due to just getting out of hospital after having major surgery),on Saturday 8th April and they were also purchased just before your store closed on the 8th. Your store is closed on Sundays and I'm guessing would have also been closed Easter Monday. I wrote this review only 4 days after they were purchased, certainly not several days after, like you have indicated. As I am still trying to recover from major surgery writing this review was not exactly a priority and given that these flowers were bought by someone else and given to me as a gift, I did not think that I would have been able to ring up your store and request replacement flowers. You also mentioned that I should have contacted you as soon as possible, well the soonest I would have been able to contact you had I known that I was even able to being the person who was gifted the flowers and not the one who purchased them, would have been on Tuesday 11th due to you being closed. One day prior to my review! You may have a strict policy in regards to the freshness of your flowers, however it certainly wasn't the case with the freshness of the flowers I received.
I received flowers from this Florist and was disappointed with how quickly they started to wither and droop. One of the roses was already drooping on the same day and by the next day alot of them were doing the same thing. It's only 4 days after receiving them and although I realise flowers don't last very long, these ones have gone bad very quickly and I was actually able to compare them to other flowers which had alot of the same varieties in it which I received 7 days ago and they look so much better than these. The pink and white flowers are 4 days old in this picture from Boutique Flowers and lace and the second picture is the flowers that are 7 days old from different florist. You can definitely tell the difference between them especially in real life. I personally wouldn't recommend

I purchased flowers over the phone for my daughter on Mother’s Day. Being her first Mother’s Day I thought I would treat her with a nice bunch of flowers. I paid $70 for the flowers plus $15 delivery to Oxenford, expecting them to be a decent bunch considering the price.
I was so embarrassed when my daughter sent me a picture of them, they were so small, something you could buy in Woolworths for $15.
Or $20. The most frustrating part is my daughter purchased flowers for me from another florist for $50, they were four times the size. Very disappointed.

Highly recommended. Lhynne and team always provide excellent service. Variety of beautiful flowers and wonderful arrangements to choose from. Their flowers are reasonably price as well.

As far as florists go, this one is the best on the coast. Amazing service, great prices, fantastic selection of flowers!!
Lhynne goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect often tracking down the most striking pink roses for me. It’s a true gem. If I could give more stars I would.
If every business was run like this we’d be in a perfect world.

I had left things to the last minute to send flowers to my daughter for her birthday & Boutique Flowers & Lace saved the day! Their customer service was impeccable! And the arrangement of flowers I ordered & paid for over the phone was truly magnificent! My daughter loved them! Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday special!
