BodyViva staff are absolutely amazing! I’ve been very lucky to receive exceptional treatment from Rob and Trudy. They have both played a huge role in my recovery and assisted me to return to work. For Physiotherapy you must see Ben Tanner honestly, he is the best. I first met Ben Tanner in 2012 and he succeeded in straightening my back which no one else could! I actually laughed when he said he could help me. Well, true to his words he did (straighten my back) I am so grateful I have referred many people to him which told me the Ben must be sent my god. Ben Tanner is a very humble man, who knows how to relieve pain.

I see Kirsten the massage therapist here and she's absolutely wonderful!
She understands Hypermobility and has never pushed me over into a rebounding problem by over loosening me. She always manages to find the exact spot my pain is radiating from and loosens that so that I'm not just receiving a patch repair to my pain. She's lovely to talk to and creates a lovely relaxing environment so you get the absolute most out of seeing her. She also makes sure to provide instructions around heat packs, hot showers and consuming plenty of water etc. so you don't stiffen up afterwards.
I haven't seen any of the physios but I can say that their reception team are delightful and always beyond organised and helpful. (Shout out Renee for always greeting me by name and being so wonderfully helpful and cheerful, you're a delight to see when I walk in)
It's a great place and there are always people in and out so I'm pretty sure the locals are big fans.
I absolutely recommend them 100%
