I have a physically demanding job which gives me aches and pains, and sometimes can prevent me from working. After seeing Kaine for my first few sessions he has made me feel so much better and the pain is so much more manageable. I see Kaine every week for maintenance in order for me to keep up with my job. I think it would be over 10 years me and my parents have been going to Kaine. Playing regular sports and working behind a computer throughout my life I have had a number of injuries that required treatment. Kaine is very professional and is extremely knowledgeable. Not only does he put your bones in, he provides massage and acupuncture to ensure your body is relaxed prior. He has always been here to ensure my body is in top shape for sports and work. His experience shows with his ability to tailor treatments depending on your requirements and injuries. I have had times where I have popped out my neck and lower back in my sleep and felt extreme pain when waking, Kaine was my saviour. If you are a family looking for a chiro you can trust to ensure you are taken care of. I can highly recommend Kaine for all your spinal and neck needs. Really affordable.

Kaine has always been fantastic, able to relieve my headaches and stiffness I get from working long hours at the computer. Although I'm too wimpy to have the dry needling, I have acupuncture which I feel is a great help. I tend to sit cross legged, which over time causes twisting and lower back pain, always good to go see Kaine and have it straightened out. Highly recommend!

I have been see Kaine for well over 9 year, I even followed him to his own practice as he is such a wonderful chiropractor. I would never trust anyone else with something so delicate as cracking my body back into place. I recommend him to everyone, other family members now see him.

I first visited Kaine a few years ago, after recommendation from a friend, due to continuous and frequent hip and knee pain, best thing I ever did! Kaine was able to assess and diagnose my issue and provide the necessary treatment to relieve the pain. I really liked and benefited from the combined approach of massage, adjustment and acupuncture. Kaine recommend several regular visits initially that significantly improve my pain and function. It was such a relief to finally have improvement to my joints and mobility and not have to be worried about a potential medical problem/cause.
