Booked for 5 people and they only had enough beds for 4, also happened to other people that were here.
Not enough towels, said they were going to bring some up to our room but they clocked off and we didn’t receive any.
Water leaking through the wall into the hall way from the shower.
It’s a shame because Burleigh heads is such a beautiful spot.🙌

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk. The facilities are fantastic and very well-kept. The pool, spa and BBQ are perfect for a relaxing stay. Our room was neat and tidy.
A huge thank you to the lovely staff who mailed back an item we left after checkout. They were very kind and helpful.

Disgusting room, dirty used towels in a wardrobe, dust everywhere, not vacuumed. Air con and ceiling fans not working, windows so dirty you can barley see out them, I want my money back, do not stay here. Managers not available after 4 pm for assistance.

Stayed for 7 nights and not what I was expecting.The blankets all had a foul smell to them and the amount of dust under the beds and behind beside tables was very thick.Air conditioning wasn't working properly and when it did it smelt foul.Scum around the bathroom glass shower was disgusting.Constant road works 24 hours was loud and annoying along with the new apartments being built next door.Swimming pool was filled with everyone else's hair and unpleasant to swim in. Approached management about all concerns and all I got was they will let the cleaners know and then she proceeded to check another customer in.Only thing I must say is the views were great and handy to buses.Had talked to others that were also on holiday there and they also weren't happy with the lack of cleanliness and help from management.I definitely will not be staying here again

Stayed as a family of 9 across 2 apartments, one 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom.
The two bedroom rm 71 was not well appointed as only had one small sofa in living area, so family could not sit together.
There is a highway at the back of the property and even with double glazing the road noise is horrendous, definitely not a relaxing beach location as described online.
Beds were comfortable though what is going on with the horrendous smelly polarfleece blankets and a sheet(clean) on every bed. Suggest you bring your own bedding as certainly not luxury.
There is no daily cleaning service at all. On top of this visitors are expected to clean before leaving, this is probably why the apartment is so grubby, dirty inside glass, bathrooms, yellow stained toilet seat, dishes not washed properly in the cupboards.
You are required to pay for pool towels.
Had also needed to pay an extra fob bond of $50 to get access between the two rooms we booked.
All these concerns were raised with reception and whilst service was good and friendly no resolution was offered or remedies made apart from the promise to send the housekeeper up but they never arrived.
She explained that all rooms are owned privately hence the lack of furniture in lounge. The problem is we didn’t book with the owner we booked with Boardwalk Burleigh so they need to take some responsibilities for the state of what they are selling.
Location is ok if wanting the beach.
With so many great options for accomodation, I would not stay here again.
