Don't let the low rating reviews deceive you. This may be one of the cheapest places to stay in Labrador but it certainly doesn't feel like it. Checking in and out is always quick, the staff are pleasant and happy to help, and the rooms are totally on par and are advertised honestly. I just stayed here for 3 days and I only left the place twice. It is great for a quick, easy, and quiet Gold Coast escape.

For the money this place is grouse. Sure , it's not brand new and there's signs of that but what do you want for the money.? It's not the taj mahal but it's perfectly fine for a place to stay while on holidays. It's in an ideal quiet relaxed neighbourhood that's directly across from a beach, 5 min walk to nice restaurants and short drive to surfer's paradise.Underneath are the private car parks. There's also a heated pool with well looked after gardens and BBQ aswell.
We had a large balcony over the pool which was good especially in the evening. As mentioned, no lift/elevator, but we are fine with that..we would stay again if we go back.!

Our room was facing the road. The constant noise made my stay hard to sleep.
It was very affordable. If you are travelling with a tight budget, this place is pretty good. Underground car park was good. And there is a small vending machine in the car park which is handy.

The location is great for the beach and restaurants. Our room wasn't totally clean and smelt very badly of cigarettes. Room size and utilities are good.
